  I used to be a happy customer. I had zero issues with my first two buildings. My third building has been disappointing. They brought the wrong roll up door from what was ordered. They brought a six foot instead of the ordered seven foot door. I was asked to try the six foot to see if I liked it. I did try it and although it's supposed to be a six foot roll up, it does not roll up to 6 feet. I have to duck to enter. I'm 5'7". Marisol said that they should have the 7 foot door in a couple of weeks and would be in contact to swap it out. More than a dozen calls since the beginning of June have been made to the the installer and the sales office only to be told that they will call me back shortly to get it scheduled or to find out what is the hold up and never call back. I told Marisol that my building cannot be completed until the correct door is hung in voicemail and still no answers from sales or installations.

  Easy to work with. I bought a 18X40 Rv port. Very happy with the results. Quick install and the crew cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

  Where to start with explaining how amazing my experience was with Simpco... First let me give a little information about myself. I am an industrial construction manager that manages projects in the $100-250 million price range, so I know a thing or two about construction practices and what a quality product looks like. I reached out to David with Simpco about three weeks ago inquiring about a portable building to be hauled to my ranch so I could make a hunting cabin out of it. From the first time I spoke with him, he was very polite and extremely helpful. As it turned out, due to the roads to my ranch, the biggest unit we could get up there was too small for my liking. So I went with the build onsite option. We built a 16x32 cabin. A little more about myself, I live in Colorado now so I can't just hop up to my ranch anytime and I wanted to be there when they built my cabin. Once I decided on what I wanted, it was a Wednesday morning and I was actually going to my ranch that weekend for a family vacation. David had already told me it was about 2 weeks out before they could get up there to build it. When I told him I was going to be there that weekend, he jumped through hoops to get the crews coordinated to be there. I feel like he went way beyond normal customer satisfaction standards to work around my schedule, especially on such short notice! The crew showed up Sunday morning and by that evening they had the thing finished. I am still shocked at the rate it went together, these guys really knew what they were doing! Now talking about quality. I know very well from being in this business, normally if something is put together quickly, quality takes a huge hit and you end up with a piece of crap. NOT the case with this!!! They used about 5000 nails, caulked ever where, and built a sound and sturdy structure. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the structure! They used good materials and great construction practices. I was skeptical about it in the beginning based of off the cost and the amount of time they needed to build it, but they definitely shocked me! Cost....I am not going to get into the actual cost that I paid, get a hold of David and he will quote you with what you need, but I will say...Wow, this is a very cost efficient organization to be able to provide this high quality structure this quickly for the cost! I am very pleased with the amount I paid to built my unit! Bottom line, I would recommend Simpco to anyone and I will be using them again! It isn't often anymore these days to find a "good ol boy" to do business with that will treat you with integrity and deliver what he says without any issues along the way! We already have another one being planned in the near future and another a little farther down the road and I cannot wait to do business with Simpco again. Many thanks to the entire Simpco Team!
