Vince, the owner, is a very nice man who is very fair in his prices and is extremely flexible in situations that often appear once work has begun. He knows his equipment’s capabilities and provides fast, reliable service. We needed to have the road resurfaced with base, construct a gated entry with culverts, remove cedar and underbrush, and relocate some rocks and debris to another place on our property. Vince went out of his way to listen to our concerns and was very flexible in the changes that were necessary to facilitate our needs. We will definitely use him again in the future!

With that recommendation, I knew Vince would get the job done right, at a fair price and with expert care for my property. And WOW did he deliver! He used my vision for the property and bumped it up a few notches! To start, I needed about 5 acres cleared of 5ft tall weeds and baby cedar...did that in a half day...IMPRESSED! Next cleared very mature cedar trees (over 30ft tall) and dead trees from around the 30+ acre property...really opening up GREAT VIEWS of the property and house. He even expertly removed a mature cedar that had grown around a gorgeous sugarberry tree I wanted to keep...IMPRESSED EVEN MORE! For the final part, he trucked in some crushed granite and turned my awful/bumpy driveway into the smoothest! My wife is really happy with this one! Again 100% SATISFIED with the results and will definitely use VCV Landservices for future projects! Keep up the GREAT WORK Vince!

He was also only a few miles from my property so I gave him a call. He came right out, gave me a few options depending on my budget, and even gave me a follow up text just to make sure I was comfortable with the estimate. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, he was out there early the next day knocking it out. Finished when he said he would, and accomplished more than I expected. You’ll definitely get your moneys worth using his services, and I will be using him in the future.
