- HKHugh KilmanMar 30, 20261.0Absolutely clown show of a company, arranged for a rental of lift, they dropped off at wrong place, had to find it with gps, they were gonna miss the window I needed it by the time the retrieved machine and brought to correct location. Was told it would be issued a refund since we never got it. After 4 days still no refund, I called and ask about hold up, they cant issue a refund till they pick it up. So a lift has been sitting in the wrong place at someone else's address for 5 days now because they are waiting on driver availability to go get it and I cant get a refund until they retrieve it.
