- GDGeorge Daher5 days ago5.0I called Katy Plumbing last year to address issues with my tankless water heater. They sent out Jose Perez a true professional to address my needs. He maintennced it and got it working. 9 months later it went out again he came out and tried to get it going but this time the unit was really dead and at 13 years old not worth the new parts to fix it. Jose showed me two different models and I went with the one he recommended. He installed the very next day on Good Friday and did not charge me for the day before troubleshooting. He is very knowlegeable and professional. I highly recommend you ask for him. Although i am sure all their folks are good as well. But i will always ask for Jose. I feel like I have a new friend I can count on.

Called Katy Plumbing and their after-hours team, Zee and Charles, showed up by 6:45 PM. Zee quickly diagnosed the issue (our 2007 unit rusted through) and walked us through options and pricing. My husband, who works in commercial maintenance, said it was obvious Zee is a true subject matter expert and was seriously impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Then came the hard part—getting the old unit out of the attic. Charles was an absolute BEAST and Zee jumped right in to help. I’ve never seen two people work that hard, and they did it with great attitudes the entire time. Professional, hardworking, respectful—these two are the reason I’m leaving this review. Whatever you’re paying Zee and Charles, it’s not enough. Give them a raise. Also, the Emergency Water Heater Shut-Off sticker? Genius
