- SWSumedh WarudkarOct 10, 20251.0We ordered a shed from Tuff Shed about a year ago. Quality of the product was fine and on the day of, things went smooth. The horror started when we found that our outdoor sprinkler system was busted. The crew that installed the shed did a very careless job of digging into the ground to anchor the shed - they chopped and badly mangled the low voltage cables for the sprinkler system. Some $3,000 later, we fixed and it and reached out to Tuff Shed Katy about the damages that were caused by their crew during installation. This should normally be covered through the insurance carried by them or their contractors. However, we got nothing but crickets. If you're buying from these guys, add $3,000 worth of grief to the cost of the shed as if they damage your property; you won't get any support from them.
