- CKCasey Kiley5 days ago5.0I removed an upstairs toilet to find that the closet flange had disintegrated, which was more than I wanted to deal with so I called the Katy Plumbing Company to fix it. They were able to come out a day earlier than scheduled (after calling to confirm that was okay, of course) and Troy and Skyler set a new flange in place after removing the 48 year old original mess. They left the bathroom cleaner than they found it and were finished quickly, despite needing to make a parts run before starting the job. I was so pleased with Troy's work that I scheduled him to come out the same week and do another minor repair elsewhere in the house than no other plumber has wanted to tackle. Troy is timely, personable, does nice work, and I'm very pleased with the service he and the Katy Plumbing Company provided. As for prices, I did not get other quotes, and while plumbing work usually costs more than I expect, I thought the repairs were reasonably priced.

He is friendly and patient, It turned out to be a utility issue as well, so we are still waiting to solve the problem. The only complaint I have is that the diagnostic fee is on the high side, and it isn’t applied to the repair cost. So far really good!
