  Victor explained to me the situation with my water heater and suggested replacing it. After our conversation, I was sold on his knowledge and professionalism presented. I am now enjoying hot water again. Katy plumbing care about the individual and their situation. I give the team 10 out of 10. Thank you for all you do for the community. Charles L

  David worked hard and was very kind and helpful today as we chose a new water softener and arranged for financing. The process was not user friendly, but we were able to get an interest-free loan to help manage the unplanned expense. We are excited to see how the water softener works since it is much more expensive than the previous one we had. This one seems to be of much higher quality.

  Excellent service. We had to use after hours to replace a water heater that was leaking and they were incredible. The price was very reasonable and I honestly mean that in the best way. The people went above and beyond. I was informed who would be coming, the time and I was shocked that it was not just evaluated but also fixed in the middle of the night. The staff was just so kind and helpful. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood. I would not hesitate to use them again. Strongly recommend their services.

  Manuel and Kevin were very professional and a delight to work with. Although the manufacturer of the manifold massed up they both went out of their way to make them right. I am very happy with the work they did The issue I have is the lack of communication from the office and customer service departments. I didn't get a call on when they were coming out, just a text but not a confirmation as I've been trying to coordinate the repair with the delivery with my washing machine. I also called to complain about the fact that the manufacturer did not make what was asked and nobody called me back. I felt I deserved a discount. If you see the attached picture you can see that the manufacturer made 2 blue sides. I would highly recommend Manuel and Kevin but don't expect any help from customer service.

  I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Katy Plumbing company. They installed a whole home water filter and reverse osmosis only to have technician come out to fix issues telling me it wasn’t done right the times before. I have to pay for each of these for continued improvements to be completed. During my HVAC service, I was told I needed to replace the entire unit because parts aren’t available. I called a Carrier service center and someone came out the next day and installed the part that I needed without an entire unit replacement. I had other technicians come out for ongoing issues and each time told me they would order parts and follow up and I never hear back. I have to call to the office, the part was not ordered and needs to be ordered, and I spend more time on back back-and-forth follow ups. I’d already moved my HVAC service to a much better provider and I’m now moving my plumbing service after continued failures to follow up. I very much regret the amount I invested on having them install the whole home filters. They use very cheap equipment and you are much better off buying your own and having it installed.
