We've had several issues over the years and we've even had Angel out at our house before to fix hot water heaters. We appreciate how fast and easy they make our various plumbing emergencies.
- CCCourtaneyNov 9, 20252.0I really want to like this company but they are making it extremely difficult. I've had several experiences with them now. The service is good. Wait times are minimal. My problem with them is the cost I've been charged for everything. I needed a new 50 gal. tank water heater, that was $3200. The plumber installed what he said was N expansion tank. That was almost $300 and after looking at it has absolutely no way possible of doing anything except hold air. Another one their plumbers came and looked at it and removed the atrocity and told me they would send me a refund check in the mail. Check hasn't ever come. Then there's the recent time I called them because the upstairs AC drain line was clogged in draining into the two upstairs bathroom sinks which were about to overflow. The plumber came out and went upstairs and snaped the air conditioning drain line. For that he charged me almost $800. The AC drain line is about 15 feet long. Another plumber came out because the water heater wasn't heating. The said that he was going to bring up the fact but I was charged $800 to clean an AC drain line. Never heard anything back from that. I'm a recent leg amputee and in a wheelchair. I don't say that because I'm looking for sympathy or to lessen my charges. But I can't go in the attic and maintain a clear ac drain line. Not only that I've been in the hospital and off work for a few years now. I don't have money to burn. I feel like I've been taken advantage of.
