Right from the start we could tell this company was different, Michael took his time to listen to our issues and assess the roof thoroughly. He was able to identify the issue and take care of it in a very timely manner even though there was a lot of rain almost every day. It is probably the first time we have felt confident in the work that someone did on our roof and we will definitely be using PAI for future repair or replacement when the time comes. The cherry on top was a really fair price for exceptional work.
