  Katy Tile & Marble just finished a complete remodel of our late 1970’s primary bathroom and the transformation is incredible! From the initial contact to the project completion, I was kept informed of the project timeline. I had been planning my dream bathroom renovation for quite awhile so I had a rough “plan”in my mind. William and Elena helped with the actual details and Elena patiently helped me with choosing tiles and color schemes. (I also had my bedroom carpet replaced with porcelain tile.) The project began about three weeks later. Big thanks to Gabriel, the project manager, who was phenomenal from start to finish! If he wasn’t on site, he called and texted daily with status updates and to let me know who would be arriving and when. If any changes to the plan were needed he kept me up to date with the details. Special thanks to George, Juan, Hugo, Rafael, Minh, Binh and Jose for all your hard work making sure every detail was perfect! I am super happy with the outcome and look forward to using my dream bathroom for years to come. I would definitely recommend Katy Tile & Marble!

  Great service! I’ve used Katy Tile and Marble twice now. They recently remodeled two secondary bathrooms in our house. Great communication - they kept us informed throughout the process. Plus the bathrooms are beautiful!

  I have only good things to say about my experiences with Katy Tile & Marble. I've had several renovation jobs done through this company, and each one has resulted in my being extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, and their customer service. They've laid engineered hardwood and marble tile flooring, installed a tub with surround tile, and installed bathroom countertops. Most recently, they installed engineered hardwood on our game room floor. Excellent job! The customer service is equally outstanding. The manager, staff, and installers are courteous, professional, and willing to work with their customers to achieve the desired results. They do a walkthrough before the job to understand exactly what the customer wants. Upon completion, if something is not to the customer's satisfaction, they will fix it. It is obvious that they want their customers to be pleased with their work. I am preparing to schedule more renovation work with them because I know I will be delighted when they are done.

  We purchased wood flooring through Katy Tile and Marble. They were very professional and responsive to all of our inquiries. They went the extra mile to make obtaining the materials the most convenient for us. They also advocated on our behalf to the supplier. Thanks for your good service! Much appreciated!

  I have used Katy Tile & Marble for three separate remodeling projects, including kitchen, bathrooms, tiling and wood flooring. I keep coming back to them because they always do a great job, their subcontractors have been with them for many years, and they have always been extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that I have along the way. They are under new ownership as of recently, but I see no dropoff in the quality of service, and they have retained the same subcontractors that we have used throughout the years, who do an excellent job. The project superintendent, Gabriel, went out of his way to be helpful and he always responds promptly when I contact him. They have a great selection of products in their showroom, but they also allow you to outsource if you find another product locally that you want to use. I highly recommend them, and if I live long enough to remodel my kitchen a third time, I will gladly call them again!
