Garbriel, Astrid and their crew of guys (Juan, Erick, George and Duc) did a wonderful job with our renovations on an older home we recently purchased. The whole team were very professional and reliable. It has been a great experience. We are very happy with the quality of their work. They completed amazing amount of work in a timely manner. The communicated well with us and kept us informed along the way. We look forward to future work with Gabriel and his team.

From the initial contact to the project completion, I was kept informed of the project timeline. I had been planning my dream bathroom renovation for quite awhile so I had a rough “plan”in my mind. William and Elena helped with the actual details and Elena patiently helped me with choosing tiles and color schemes. (I also had my bedroom carpet replaced with porcelain tile.) The project began about three weeks later. Big thanks to Gabriel, the project manager, who was phenomenal from start to finish! If he wasn’t on site, he called and texted daily with status updates and to let me know who would be arriving and when. If any changes to the plan were needed he kept me up to date with the details. Special thanks to George, Juan, Hugo, Rafael, Minh, Binh and Jose for all your hard work making sure every detail was perfect! I am super happy with the outcome and look forward to using my dream bathroom for years to come. I would definitely recommend Katy Tile & Marble!

I've had several renovation jobs done through this company, and each one has resulted in my being extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, and their customer service. They've laid engineered hardwood and marble tile flooring, installed a tub with surround tile, and installed bathroom countertops. Most recently, they installed engineered hardwood on our game room floor. Excellent job! The customer service is equally outstanding. The manager, staff, and installers are courteous, professional, and willing to work with their customers to achieve the desired results. They do a walkthrough before the job to understand exactly what the customer wants. Upon completion, if something is not to the customer's satisfaction, they will fix it. It is obvious that they want their customers to be pleased with their work. I am preparing to schedule more renovation work with them because I know I will be delighted when they are done.
