  Katy Tile and Marble renovated our master bathroom. Communication with us was excellent, workers were on time, friendly and did quality work. We are very happy with the finished job and would recommend them for anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

  I don't often post reviews unless I am totally and completely impressed with a business...and I truly am BEYOND impressed with Katy Tile & Marble. I was initially intrigued by all of the good reviews but was still a bit nervous since this was my first kitchen and bathroom remodel but Gabriel and his team are truly top notch! I decided to update my 2005 home in October and despite all of the help and support from Gabriel, Elena, and Yahaira, there were just sooo many choices for cabinets and countertops that it took me until the beginning of January to make the final decisions. Despite the delays, they were super understanding and answered all of my MANY questions along the way which was extremely comforting throughout the process! Jorge did an amazing job installing all the cabinets/faucets that I chose for the kitchen and bathrooms, Duc did a great job installing the tile under the cabinets, and Santos installed my granite slabs to perfection! Everything turned out even better than I had imagined!!! I could not be happier not only with the final results but the professionalism, continued communication from Gabriel throughout, and the care that the entire team put into making everything absolutely perfect for me. I cannot say enough good things about Gabriel and his team but I definitely see why they are the best in the business! They will certainly be my first call when I decide on more renovation projects in the future!

  This year we decided to get new countertops in our kitchen. We went to Arizona tile and looked at there showroom and warehouse. We were then directed to Katy tile and marble. We went to their showroom and was helped on selecting our tile and countertops. We took the samples home, set them up on our existing countertops, and the lighting from the cabinets was casting a funny color on the green tile. So we went back I was helped again and picked out our tile. After they came back to measure and said we would need to buy two slabs. We only need one and a third slab. With that being said, you can only buy the slabs in a full sheet. So they also measured our two bathrooms. When they came back, they said that they could only do the one bathroom because they are a little bit short for the guest bathroom, which is like 3‘ x 2‘. No, we did not want to buy another slab. Couple of days later we get a phone call that they found a remnant that was a close match. We were most grateful. We had a little bumped in the road like any major project. There were a couple of tiles that we weren’t happy with the placement of. They came back and corrected it. Our countertop installer was just wonderful. He’s a hard worker and is very proud of his work. The installer for our tile backsplash did a good job until it came around the windowsill. Originally it was very choppy with small pieces. But after going over things with our contact at Katy tile and marble things were corrected. All in all I feel it was a good experience. I certainly would recommend them. Again with any big project there’s bound to be bumps on the road. Once I told them the problems they were corrected. We are extremely happy with the looks of our countertop, backsplash and bathroom countertops.

  If you are looking for a company to tile your home, look no further. I have never worked with a company that was so on top of our kitchen remodel as Katy Tile & Marble. I consider Gabriel, the great communicator. He stopped by each morning to “check in” on the progress. He was always telling me when each group of folks were coming. He said it would take four days and it did!! All of his contractors were polite and very neat/clean. I highly recommend Katy Tile & Marble.
