A good job should get a "well done" and exceptional service should get a "Whoa, I love these guys!" That's exactly what the United Rentals in Karnes City, TX gets from me. Amanda was not only friendly and professional she went out of her way to help and make the whole experience of renting equipment easy and pleasant. Can't forget the Manager and the rest of the staff. They are quite a team. The equipment we rented was in excellent condition, operated perfectly, and the rental price was fair and reasonable. I have some future projects that will require me to rent again and I will be back at United Rentals when I'm ready.
