  Met Roy through Couto homes. Had home built 2 years and 7 months ago and one of my AC units went out. I was furious after getting a repair estimate of $3883 and being told it was faulty work. Roy took my call and came out with the technician. I learned that the part that failed was under warranty and the repair cost was only $450. So thankful for NexGen and Roy and his team. Because of that I was able to save $3500. Thank you!

  We were in a world of trouble with our old air conditioner. The indoor unit and the outdoor unit. NextGen didn’t try to over sell us on anything. They are NOT pushy. Best of all, their work is quality and efficient. Highly recommend this company! It’s a blessing finding honest work in this day and age!

  Had a great experience with NexGen Heating and A/C. The communication was great from the moment I accepted the bid. Let me know who would be coming to my house, when they would be coming and the scope of work to be completed. All of the expectations were met from the time the crew showed up, to keeping the house clean with drop cloth etc. I had an entire system changed out and the quality of work, and the professionalism of the guys on the job was exceptional. I would highly recommend NexGen for your HVAC needs.

  How a company come and give me an estimate for 3200. I had these guys come out the following day didn’t charge me a quarter of that. Best in town my boy Jesus is the real MVP
