On top of that, the system was leaking refrigerant due to a bad TXV install by another contractor. NexGen service tech experts Cory and Alex came to the rescue. They arrived on time, got right to work, quickly diagnosed the issues, and clearly knew how to fix them properly. The NexGen office staff was also professional and communicated well when setting up the service calls. 10/10 — I would absolutely recommend NexGen Heating & AC for any HVAC repair needs.
