  I had issues with Reliant when they originally installed my unit 4 years ago and I started having issues! I was real hesitant to call Reliant knowing what transpired with the installation but I did go ahead and do it hoping they would take care of it. I reached out and explained the issue and next day sent out a Sr technician, JORDAN to troubleshoot what I called warranty issue. Jordan was fabulous! He was very professional, and kept me informed of everything as he did his job. He found the problem, tested everything, and made sure it was 100% to his satisfaction and mine! Also scheduled a follow up visit in two weeks to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome! And that was completed 100% to my satisfaction Great part about it RELIANT Warranted the issue at no cost to me. So the bad vibes about Reliant, I can say are behind me, thus I am signing up for their monthly maintenance program and move forward from there Thank You Jordan For the awesome job and professionalism Thank you, Reliant For changing my faith in your company

  Daniela saved the call with her knowledge,efficiency,education, and Solution!! Prior to here showing up 5:30 for a noon appointment. No call from CS saying our Tech is running behind. We will update you! I have listened to " The Ticket" forever, your advertising worked, until it didn't, and Daniela made the experience memorable. Very good listener. She would be an excellent trainer if that is an opportunity within your company. Enjoy your Day, Peter I would be more than happy to share my experience with someone.

  Reliant installed the HVAC's when I bought my new house in 2020. There has always been some issue or the other every year with the units during the warranty period. Now that the warranty period is over the technician tells me that one of my units needs to be completely replaced as it has a leakage. These units are supposed to have 10-15 year's lifetime, don't they? The technician tells me that it's just bad luck. If equipment has to run by luck, then what is the point of having these so-called industry experts install and manage your equipment. Go figure.

  What kind of POOR EQUIPMENT IS BEING USED WHEN AN A/C MOTOR THAT SHOULD LAST 10-20 YEARS ONLY LASTS ABOUT 1? …...Around Sept 2024 —They replaced the AC motor. Late summer. Not much usage…... Summer 2025 — first full summer of use …… Before we start to use it for the next summer 2026 they are saying the motor needs to be replaced! AGAIN? Are faulty parts being used? Because something seems fishy for a barely used motor to clunk out at the starting line……Even worse when it was mentioned how they’d just replaced the motor and the replacement should still be under warranty they said that warranty was for ..get this.. 1 year… 1 year? PROVIDING ONLY A 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON A $1200-$2000 PART SOUNDS LIKE A KICK IN THE FACE TO YOUR HARD WORKING CUSTOMERS! So after the newly installed motor ran the first full summer the so called warranty ran out at that time…. I don’t know know which is worse. The motor that should last 10-20 years failing after only 1. Or the poor warranty being so short it expiredh after 1 full summer’s use. Just HORRIBLE!

  We desperately needed to upgrade our HVAC system from 1994. It was working fine- somehow- but was definitely not energy efficient. We scheduled with 8 different companies to get quotes. Toby from Reliant Air Conditioning was the first one to come out. We should have just stopped there and not wasted anybody else’s time. He was incredible. He listened to our needs, asked questions, was incredibly personable, and very responsive to questions. Today we had our new Lennox system installed. Gerardo and Nestor arrived on time, they were very polite and professional, and did an outstanding job installing our new system. They had some challenges due to the space they had to work in inside, but found solutions and got everything up and running. They cleaned up everything before they left, explained all the systems to us- how to change the filter and the UV light, and made sure our new thermostat was all set up on WiFi and through the Lennox Home app. Absolutely will recommend Reliant Air Conditioning to anybody needing to upgrade or have repairs done!
