BUYER BEWARE: once they get your money, they no longer care. Our service tech was the only positive so far. They have zero problem making contact trying to sell their service plans but when you have a complaint about them being in breach of contract, they all the sudden can’t call even though you are told they would. He and the person who scheduled the appointment have been the only good part of this experience. TREVOR gets FIVE STARS but the installers, sales, and office staff (with exception of the girl that scheduled Trevor to come out) and company as whole at this point get zero stars. 3 month delay on install, installation was never completed. Items not left with me that should have been, and never was online to be monitored even though I had paid for it.
