- SBSunshine BryantAug 9, 20222.0I used this company for 3-4 years for maintenance. They have gone so far downhill that I will not use them again. This company given me an attitude (Esmerelda specifically) and then they changed my representative but did not bother to tell me. They stopped responding quickly when the found out they didn't get a job they bid because they were literally twice what my current company bid. The first time I spoke with Richard, the owner, he was so passionate but the passion is gone. At least that is how it appears to me. I am writing this so that they understand that changes need to be made. Good luck!!!!!!!
