Every employee that I have ever spoken to if it is making an appointment having to reschedule an appointment or service work have all been exceptional with Customer Service. The Sales Rep, Keith, also pleasant, straightforward, and no games. The result? A new system $3,000 savings! Take Jeff at his word. You CAN get competent, professional service, WITHOUT having to having to wonder if you got taken advantage of (financially or otherwise)!!!! Thanks, Reliant Team.

I learned alot about the inner workings of the system. I highly recommend signing up for Reliant's Fall & Spring HVAC checkups. We feel safer and confident that our system is running at its best!

I don’t have anything negative to say about John necessarily, but I’m extremely put out with his estimate. Gimmick free? I’m definitely having mixed feelings now. Especially after the ‘winter tune up’ guy said “everything looked really good.” He Even asked when we had the unit installed, because “everything looked new and clean”. This was a Month ago btw. Ridiculous

They were in to service on 1/29/26 on Bennington Dr. She is not able to leave a review because she does not have a google account nor a facebook account but wanted to give recognition to the young man who came out to service her unit. Daniel Medina was absolutely wonderful!!!! He gets an A++++++. She was very satisfied with the customer service as usual from your company and will not hesitate to recommend.
