I believe they misdiagnosed and had me spend close to $1K on a new control board, only for the heating system failing to kick in when temperatures dropped. The second technician recommended a gas valve for close to $400, which solved the issue. I am just unhappy that I spent $K while I didn't need it. I should have had them leave my old control board after installing the new one. These companies are part replacers, not fixers.

So I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and they couldn't give me a time slot. So the day they were to come out and do the winter service, no phone call to confirm, or to to let me know if they are coming out ."crickets". So when I called them they said they would be out between 5-7pm. Wait what? I took the whole day off waiting for someone to tell me something and now it's 5-7pm mind you on Veterans Day that I've missed and work that I took off for this service. This was the third time. Plus they put in a subpar system that I found had defects from the factory they did correct it but its the deception and non communication. This company is not a HERO their a ZERO. Customer service sucks. Buyer be Ware. Call someone else . And I will be communicating this to all me Veteran community.

I truly appreciated the prompt service from beginning to end of the process of having my complete HVAC system replaced using Reliant, I had received a lower quote from another company but liked my interaction with Todd, he spoke to his manager who was able to adjust the quote “not matched” but because of my comfort level with reliant I decided to go with them, the team showed up on time and am pleased with the job. There was a complication with my older thermostat they replaced it for no additional cost . So far so good, oh and I appreciated how they submitted all warranty documentation for me. I would definitely recommend them.

Our technician was very friendly and courteous. However it took him over 3 hours to service our 3 units, I suspect he may have been a new employee. I have never had anyone take so long, considering he found nothing wrong with any of them. We also never received our receipt for the service he performed, so I have no record that he was ever here, except for the cancelled check. Since we just purchased two new AC units from Reliant in the past year, I had hoped to have better service. I would have preferred to give this review privately to the company, but the only contact I have had with them since the service has been the text to leave a review here. Received a call from customer service, have hopefully resolved the issues we had with their service, and did finally receive the invoice. Furthermore they sent me a copy of their 20 point checklist for HVAC tune up, so that I can see exactly what services they perform. They explained that they typically spend 1 hour per unit, (we have 3)which to me seems excessive. I would recommend anyone using them for the first time keep that in mind.

I really don't understand this company. My realtor had them evaluate the HVAC system at a house we were looking at. I spoke with the tech and he gave a good explanation of the needed service / repair. He also recommended that the duct work be replaced. However, he didn't give me an estimate saying that it would be generated by their comfort advisor Toby who would stop by a the next day to do so. The following day, Toby did stop by, but he left before I got there, telling my realtor that he will call me later. Well he never did. I called him multiple times over several days to get the quote. Twice i managed to speak with him, but both times he said he was too busy to talk with me. After that my calls would immediately go to voicemail and he did not call me back. I tried calling the main number several times and each time they would promise that either Toby or someone else will call me back, but no one ever did. This was over several weeks so they had plenty of time to respond. Keep in mind that my realtor paid them a $99 diagnostic charge so why wouldn't they provide the estimate? I can't think of a plausible reason for this behavior. I don't know why I have to chase after a company to provide them business. The lack of courtesy of a call back and why the would not give an estimate are baffling.
