Reliant sends a text dos with the technician's name & their photograph. They will let you know what may need to be replaced/upgraded but are not pushy. Highly recommend

The inspection was detailed and complete, and the service technician (Anthony) was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He went over every aspect of his report and explained every line item and all details. He was very impressive. I would not hesitate to call them again!
- DMDouglas MeinhardtFeb 20, 20262.0I had technical questions and wanted to dialog with the installers about the their work. One gentleman could not speak English at all. I could not understand the other gentleman on a critical point due to his heavy accent. I had to call someone at Reliant and then at Carrier. Neither could answer my questions. I finally got an answer from AN INDEPENDENT INSTALLER who I wanted to do the the work but couldn't because I was forced to use Reliant to have enjoy the warranty coverage. I value service providers with whom I can effectively communicate. This is critical. Based on this experience, I would avoid using Reliant if at all possible.

We are Hero member and it was a courtesy inspection of our hvac and turned into a full cleaning of the outside ac unit and the inside hvac. He taught us things as a 5 year first home owner, we didn’t even know! I am glad to be in the Hero program and for the service that my wife and I were provided! Customer service is not dead just yet!! Way to go David and Reliant!
