  Called about our water heater. Lady on the phone with millstone stated it’s a $29 service fee. The service tech showed up and stated its $450 diagnostics fee and that the 29 service fee is not the diagnostic fee. The lady should just say $450 diagnostics fee. Oh and the lady stated they keep all parts in the van for quick repairs. The tech stated they have no parts for tankless heaters and had to order.

  Plumbing-Overall great service. Quick turnaround from yesterday’s initial call to service this morning. Jonathan arrived on time, assessed the issue, and diagnosed the root cause. He completed the repair efficiently and tested the system to confirm everything was working properly. He explained what was done in plain terms, answered our questions, and left the area clean. Great communication throughout—highly recommend for prompt, reliable plumbing service.

  Justyn is a pleasure! He’s been great at explaining every step of the process, patient with all my annoying questions & comments! He came out as a follow up on a job, he had done for us earlier. He was incredibly polite to help us identify the issue was not related to his previous work. Justyn immediately got us connected with an electrician to come deal with the new issue. I really appreciate his approach to customer service. I feel confident in his work & Milestone.

  Worst experience ever with a plumbing company!! When I scheduled the appointment, since they couldn't come on the weekend they said when they came on Monday that they wouldn't charge me a svc fee. However, when they arrived Monday they told me that I had to pay a different fee of $160 that they did not tell me about when i scheduled the appointment and I had never agreed to pay. However, my mother was at the house to meet with them and she is older and was sick and so guess they figured they could take advantage of her lack of knowledge about Plumbing and get over on her. She had already signed off on the fee before calling and she called me because they gave her an outrageously high estimate. They estimated $2,000 for a job that wound up costing only $450 with my normal plumber!! Straight crooks! The job was to only replace a 2 ft pipe that runs from the sink to the back of the commode. Please steer clear of these crooks! I would give a negative rating if I could! Response to Mikestone: the plumbing company I use has licensed plumbers and they are background checked. They provide a 2 yr warranty and have the integrity to consider repair if over 2 yrs and the issue is relative to the initial work. That works better for me than the extortion you all offer. I only allowed your company to come out because the company I normally use had other jobs and could not cone until later that day or the next. However, when I spoke to my plumber over the phone and told him what I was experiencing, he told me exactly what the problem was (a hole in the copper pipe that runs from the back of the bathroom sink to the back of the commode). So I had an idea about how much labor/material would be needed. When your guys came out and quoted 2k I almost fell out my chair at work! I told my mother to kick yall out asap! 5 yr warranty and license does not account for that ridiculously high estimate. Aldo, my mother said your guy came in and out the house on several occasions advising that he had to go talk to his mgr about pricing! All tale tale signs of an extortionist company that people should steer clear of. Also, not sure where your $29.99 price came from...we were charged a fee of around $160 for your guy to come out.

  Appointment for my annual HVAC maintenance is 11-2. I always hate this window, but tech text me when they are in the way, I like this. Anyway I got text at 11:24 and Nicholas Palacios came 15 minute later. Very pleasant young man, and answered several questions from my friend. He did a great job and he did what he needed to do and showed me the videos of the system running smoothly. THANKS
