  Had to check why a breaker was tripping so after some trouble shooting and lots of good information and a check of the breaker box we found the problem and fixed it. I will continue to use Milestone because of the techs who are professional and informative. Happy customer.

  I had Milestone Electric come to my house for a few items that needed addressing. I had the speed switch for my ceiling fan in my living room quit working. I also had a plug and switch in the garage that had not worked in a long time. So I thought I might as well get it all fixed at one time. Joseph the tech was as good as they get. He was polite, courteous and explained everything very well! He showed me exactly what was wrong and what it would take to make it all work. Then came the cost and this is why I am only giving 3 stars. To replace one speed switch, that took 10 minutes max and to retighten the wires to the switch in the garage 10 minutes, they charged me $609 total!! That’s insane but I was at their mercy of needing it done. Plus not having the speed switch on hand and a wall plate that fit the new switch he had to leave to get those items and returned an hour later. Now Joseph did tell me his time frame there and back but that now put us on a delay for our evening plans as we had to wait for his return for an hour. Upon his return he recommended I replace the switch and the outlet in the garage due to age but wanted another $200 for that when the parts both are $18 total but said the charge his mainly for his labor. So $182 for another 10 minutes of labor. 30 minutes total labor and one switch replacement $609 wow. Great tech but in my opinion not a fair price at all, they could have at least replaced the outlet and switch in the garage for that price!! Oh well moving on. Don’t ask for a review if you don’t want the truth! Update: I received a phone call today from the management of Milestone Electric apologizing for the final invoice amount and recognizing that it should have never reached that amount! They offered to come back and do additional work at no cost or a near 50% refund. I am thankful that they took the review seriously and cared enough to call me back and to have a physical conversation and not just reply by email or text. Thank you Milestone for making things right! Now I am a truly satisfied customer!

  Justin did a great job! He was here right on time, explained things in an easy to understand manner. He was very patient and informative when going over the checklist for my service. Justin represented Milestone in a way for which the company should be proud!

  Jonathan Figueroa from Milestone replaced two exterior faucets (hose bibs). He was very respectful, professional and fast, and answered all my questions. The price was $850 set by the home office, which seemed high for sweating two faucets off, adding a threaded fitting for each pipe and adding two new faucets. But, the old faucet was leaking and I needed it done so was happy that in 30min it was all done. Jonathan was great.

  The technician was great. He knew what he was doing. He showed me what the problems were with the shower and then found a solution. It was quick service and I didn’t have to deal with any headaches. It’s great service and it’s great to be a part of the advantage program that they offer. I also had a second service same day with electrical and both technicians we’re great installing an outlet outside of the house and they were quick, the work was great and again I didn’t have to deal with the headache of doing it myself.
