However, the initial installation done by another vendor was poor and Joe's work and discussion were well worth the peace of mind at the modest price that I paid. I can highly recommend.

The company showed up to sand the hardwood floors when we discovered we needed a two twenty volt plug. We called Milestone and explained the urgency. Milestone sent Nathan over and in under 30 minutes, the sanders plugged in and we were back on a schedule that was intended to get us back home by Thanksgiving. Milestone was quick, efficient and Nathan was professional, polite and interested in making sure we were satisfied customers.

They tried to say we had to have $5000 worth of things to repair to get up to code when i pressed the plumber , he had no real good answers. We wanted them to look at a faucet to see if it was repairable he ended up going all around my house and just trying to find things to repair that were working fine.

We would happily have him service our home again. He serviced our 14ft high living room fan. He balanced, tightened the fixture/fan blades and brought the glass cover down to be cleaned. We noticed the glass piece was lop sided and he happily came back inside to fix it before he left. While he was working he would ask after different adjustments if we liked them or was able to see a change until it met our satisfaction.
