- LCLisa Wildress Carter3 days ago1.0The sales manager does not have the type of values of anyone you'd want to work with. Sloppy, rude, inept. Horrific behavior in public with no regard for the people around or the company he is representing by wearing a polo with a company logo. Matt Mclemore was in front of me on the highway in bumper-to-bumper traffic. He felt I got too close to him (our vehicles did not touch) and proceeded to slam his truck into park and get out of his vehicle to scream at me. He did this two different times, once even coming up to my window to scream at me. I'm not sure what he expected me to do--again, there was no collision. Our vehicles did not touch. I dont think he would have done that to a man, or a woman that did not look like me. He was incredibly violent and aggressive, his behavior was disgusting. He was wearing a Builders FirstSource polo, so it was interesting to learn the type of people this company employs.
