  Honest AC and Plumbing installed my Trane HVAC units almost 8 years ago and has provided exceptional maintenance service. This past week our power flickered which triggered the Trane digital thermostat to freeze up. I did my best to rely on Youtube to figure out how to fix the issue, but it required a system reboot. Jaime Castaneda from Honest AC came out the next morning and knew exactly what to do. He is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable about my older Trane unit. I can always trust Honest AC and Plumbing to provide reliable, top-notch customer service.

  I had a great experience with Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing! The technician came out to review my toilet issue, walked me through all the options clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with my questions. They were able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently, and everything is working perfectly now. I was so impressed with the service that I decided to become a member. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, reliable service!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Honest Air Conditioning. Their technician diagnosed my HVAC issue as a faulty gas valve and charged me $715 for labor (part was under warranty). Unfortunately, the problem returned within two weeks. On a follow-up visit, they suggested replacing the thermostat. Not convinced, I got a second opinion from Air Conditioning Specialists. They quickly identified the real issue — a broken communication wire to the outdoor unit — and fixed it. After that, the system worked perfectly and all error codes disappeared. In my case, the original diagnosis was incorrect, and I paid for a repair that did not address the problem. I would recommend getting a second opinion before approving major repairs.

  Edit to respond: Funny how you responded faster to a negative review than when I called to raise my concerns. My dogs were locked in my house for the entire duration of the appointment. The technician never needed access to my house as all the work was done in the garage and backyard, where my dogs never were. Your comment proves you never even reviewed the video footage I sent you. Doesn't really portray a "scared" technician. There is no AC unit in the front yard where he's standing. He intentionally walks to stand right in front of the window where my dogs were for a minute and two seconds. There was never any "safety concern" and you know it. Convenient excuse for you, I guess. His report only says he didn't want to bother me after I told him not to annoy my dogs. No mention of him having safety concern, just upset that he got called out on his unprofessional behavior. How about that, huh? ------------------------------------------------- I had booked a technician to come in for an annual checkup. After some work, he decided to spend a good minute standing right in front of my window making my dogs bark like crazy while just staring at them. I told him to not intentionally annoy my dogs because I was working, which caused him to pack up his gear and leave without saying anything. He stated in his report that he didn't want to bother the homeowner for being busy working, so I was not informed of any recommended maintenance. At this point I had my gate unlocked and garage door open still for access to the attic. If I hadn't noticed that he had left, anyone could have walked in and stolen tools that I keep in the garage. I reached out to the office and the feel I got for them was that they didn't care at all. I got an "I'm sorry this was your experience" from a manager after chasing them down with emails and phone calls. The response was extremely lackluster other than "sorry you had a negative experience." I will not reward incompetence with my money.

  Called & got same day Plumbing appointment. Rebekah phoned ahead & presented early. Most admirable was this plumbers positive attitude, professionalism, knowledge & attention to detail that was just top notch. Every finding was well explained & solutions were recommended. I would absolutely use Honest Plumbing again & would highly recommended their services & Rebekah to anyone with plumbing needs.
