  We had plumbing work done at our home yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The technician, Christian, was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done thoroughly and efficiently. It’s such a relief to find a company that values quality and customer service. Highly recommend!

  Christian did an excellent job adding a PVR valve to help reduce the high water pressure coming from the city water line. He took extra time to make sure it was installed correctly and working as expected. He made extra time to fit me into his very busy schedule. Thank you Christian

  Jeremiah and Adam came down today to fix our A/C unit. They were very polite and friendly. Took their time looking at everything and Never once, did they try to push me into buying a new unit. They told me what they found and explained everything to my son who accompanied them. Showed us all the pictures and recommended services we needed to keep going forward and extend the life of our unit. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were neat and I had no complaints. They were a bit late, but Jeremiah called me and let me know. I would use them again!

  I needed a new HVAC system last summer. I did a lot of research before choosing Service Wizard Air Conditioning. Since then, I have received nothing less but excellent service for any maintenance and/or inspection. Today, Andrew was my service tech. He did a tune up on my furnace. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything thoroughly to me when I asked questions. I would highly recommend Service Wizard to anyone needing a new system, yearly maintenance or any other issues you may encounter with your HVAC system. Fantastic company, from scheduling with Kim to all the service techs.

  First I want to say the service was excellent, the tech was communicative and friendly, and they scheduled promptly, but I was astonished at their pricing. The $90 service call is fair, but they wanted an additional $300 to swap a thermostat if I bought one, or $600 if they provided one. The one they were going to provide was $95 at home depot after tax, so that is over 300% markup on a product they should have on their truck. I understand Austin is expensive and they need a minimum charge, but $500+ for a couple minutes of work on top of the $90 service charge is outrageous. I went and swapped it myself in 10 minutes and saved over $500! They sent me the service call bill 2 months after the service date. Get a second bid!
