  Hi, I’m writing to let you know what a great job Deandre Rodriguez did for me today. He knows what he’s doing and he was very thorough. He also explained to me the issues that came up and how he solved them. I couldn’t be more pleased and know that my HVAC system is being very well fixed and maintained. You know, I was able to see how high tech the diagnostics have become. Deandre demonstrates the experience to master every situation.   We have Green Leaf perform the spring and fall inspection on our air conditioner every year. Deandre call us this morning to say we were the first in his list and would arrive in twenty minutes. He had boot covers on, so as not to scratch up our wooden floors. He cleaned the drain line and tested the air temperature going to and from the unit. He also tested the the fan and compressor electrical load as well as the pressure on the compressor. He also cleaned out the leaves in the outdoor compressor unit. Looks like our unit will perform well over the summer. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Deandre.

  I had an outdoor faucet pipe break late on Thursday and had to have the water turned off. Green Leaf plumbing answered the phone late in the evening and had Clayton here by 8:30 the next morning. He gave me an estimate for the repair and had all materials needed. He worked efficiently and explained what he was doing. All questions were answered. Both he and the office personnel were polite, friendly and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Green Leaf Plumbing to everyone!!

  Unethical? Immoral? Both? You decide. Green Leaf came out for an AC issue and told us a major component had failed. We were told the system could not be repaired and that, due to refrigerant changes, the only option was to replace the entire system. The quote: approximately $20,000. We were not provided clear written documentation explaining why repair was not possible, just the quote for a new system, which was obviously what they're trained to be there for in the first place. We obtained a second opinion from another HVAC professional. He confirmed the failure, and also confirmed the system is repairable. Total repair cost: roughly one-tenth of the replacement quote, with the part available in a warehouse nearby. Being told you have no option but a $20,000 replacement when a repair is available is a serious difference. Homeowners deserve transparent diagnostics and repair options, not just the most expensive path. If you are told you must replace everything, get a second opinion before signing anything. I'm frankly disgusted, but at least they showed their true colors, while also introducing me to a new HVAC professional out of desperation. I don't know how companies can be so predatory legally, but maybe that should be looked into. In Texas AC isn't optional, it's a safety concern.

  We have had the pleasure of working with Green Leaf several times. Dion has done a wonderful job of helping us with our plumbing issues created by a very cheap builder who cut a lot of corners. We contacted 5 different plumbers for our initial issue and we chose Green Leaf to complete that repair. Recently we had a second issue due to freezing pipes and we contacted Green Leaf to come out an assess and fix our issues. Once again, cheap builder cutting corners on plumbing. Dion has been great to work with and very understanding of the insurance company's requirements on quotes. He's been very gracious and kind in helping us navigate through the insurance adjustor's requests with multiple edits to his quotes. We are very happy with Dion's work and his willingness to help. Thank you Green Leaf! Don't let Dion get away, he's an awesome human being!
