  Horrible! My Hvac stopped working at all. Tech came out conducted a so called diagnosis. Told me my heating strip is bad. Little weird, however...OK! Came back the next day charging me almost 1700 dollars. After install he still couldn't get my AC to work. Then he told me my outside panel needs to be replaced. After I visibly got upset. He went back to my outside unit and cut and bypassed some wires. My unit started working. Also, he closed the unit up quickly, when I was on the phone getting another AC company to come fix my HVAC. The second company came and looked at my out side unit and immediately got concerned. The Greenleaf tech cut wires that wasn't supposed to be cut. Bypassed safety relays..etc. now! I have to pay another 1700. To have my outside unit repaired. Green leaf tech...wasn't experienced or knowledgeable. His way of repairing HVAC systems is to keep replacing components until the unit starts working. Please Please Please beware of this company! Unless you have alot of money to waste.

  Clayton came out and went above and beyond for excellent service and represented himself and his company very well. In all of my 56 years I have never received that great of service from anyone and or from any kind of service from anyone . Thanks for being awesome, professional and getting to us as fast as you did. I highly recommend greenleaf to everyone. Thanks for the awesome and affordable service that you provided to us.

  CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM!!! Scheduling was a breeze, every employee I interacted with was top notch, and you feel that home town charm. Thos had the company reach out to me to offer help after a terrible experience with another company. They offered to come take a look and help figure out the issue. Chris Reed came out and almost immediately found all kinds of issues that could be causing my problem. Issues that the last 5 technicians here did not mention -Things that should have been seen during 5 previous calls. (Holes in supply, multiple air filters, cross wiring, etc.) While putting together a plan, Thos came by to take a look and help make sure my issues were resolved once and for all. That was icing on the cake. The service was OUTSTANDING. These guys made me feel important, heard about my problem, and were not dismissive diagnosticians. They were both so knowledgeable and competent. It took them 15 minutes to see and disprove the last 5 “diagnosed issues” from the prior company. They checked duct work, wiring schematics, inside, outside, supplies, returns, thermostat wirings, super heat, sub cooling…everything that could cause the issue, and then made a plan to rectify it all.

  $49 A/C Repair Inspection + Same Day Service does NOT mean $49 A/C Repair Inspection. I would not expect the same day service to be included in that cost, but per Green Leaf's website, they advertise that they "Will come to your home," "Diagnose the problem with your A/C system," "Present personalized solutions on what to do next," with "100% satisfaction guaranteed." I am here to say that is not even close to the truth. Per Carlo, the service supervisor, "the $49 gets us there. Everything else costs, and we can't work for free." He claims that the additional tests they charged us for were absolutely necessary, and at the time of the appointment, I trusted their expert opinion. We ended up paying almost $500, just for them to recommend replacing the entire unit for $15k. One cost that Benji, the technician, charged us was $99 to cool down the compressor using our own water. I was not informed of this particular fee until after the work had been done when Benji approached me and said he would have to charge us because he "had pictures doing the work, and if he didn't charge us, his bosses would wonder why." I paid the charge, which Carlo pointed out to my husband by phone, because I am not the type to refuse payment for services rendered. However, I would like to point out that I feel incredibly taken advantage of. We had 3 additional companies diagnose the issue with our A/C, and all of them concluded that the TXV valve likely needed to be replaced and that we would not need a new unit or new coils. Carlo admitted after the fact that they were aware of the faulty TXV valve and that he took responsibility for not presenting that as a cheaper option when giving us estimates (of replacing the coils at $5,200 or of replacing the full unit at $15,000 as the middle option). Carlo says there is nothing that can be done about the $448 invoice, despite their "100% satisfaction guarantee." Needless to say, we used someone else for the repairs because I would never go back to Green Leaf.
