Not only did the service provider fail to arrive during the appointed time, but when I called to check the status, I was told they were still coming—which ultimately was not true. To confirm whether there was a broader issue, I contacted a friend who had booked the same service, and they also experienced a no-show. Neither appointment was honored, nor was there any proactive communication to notify us of delays or cancellations. This lack of follow-through, combined with inaccurate information when I called in, is unacceptable—especially when customers are rearranging work and personal schedules based on confirmed appointments. I would like this matter addressed and an explanation provided, along with appropriate compensation or resolution for the time lost.
