  After our new kitchen countertops were installed, a slow-drip leak overnight from an unsecured under-sink valve led to water soaking under our kitchen hardwoods. Beaver Dam was recommended to us by our plumber. They arrived within the hour and took moisture readings confirming mitigation was needed. They brought in several blowers and air scrubbers that afternoon. These ran around the clock in our kitchen and in the crawl space below for around 48 hours. By the second moisture reading at the end of the second day, they had eliminated the problem and no further mitigation was needed. Throughout, the Beaver Dam team were conscientious and communicative. Highly recommend!

  We had a washer leak that damaged our closet cabinets, carpet, and drywall. They handled everything from start to finish and fixed it perfectly. Very professional, responsive, and great quality work.

  I do not normally do reviews, but I felt strongly about the whole process with Beaver Dam Water Restoration. We went on vacation for 3 weeks. When we returned, we smelled what seemed like mold in our shower. We tried cleaning it various ways with zero results. We still smelled something. We had the bathroom remodeled 2 years ago, so we started to suspect that the remodel was not done right. We decided to gut the whole shower and have it done properly. Through a friend’s recommendation, we found Beaver Dam Water Restoration. They came out and gave us a quote. We decided to go ahead with the project. They estimated 2 to 3 weeks from start to finish. No mold was found. The smell must have been in the wall tiles and in the shower floor. Beaver Dam started the project on time and finished it in just 6 days! No more smell!!! Great job. On time and on budget.

  Westley and his team are great, I work with many teams who install washers/fridges etc so water leaks are part of the job. Recently switched from a different restoration company and happy with these guys. Very fast service and nothing but good things we hear from our customers.

They took the time to clearly explain every part of the work process and why certain repairs were necessary, making everything easy to understand.
