  Five Stars to Matrix Plumbing for sure. Called Matrix Plumbing for a suspected leak in my older Northwest Dallas home — so glad I did. I’d heard they were great with leak detection, and they lived up to the reputation. Tech Jason came out and quickly discovered it was actually my old water heater that was the culprit. He got me set up with a new one — best warranty in the business, plus cash rebates — and had it installed the same day. Veronica in the office made everything seamless from start to finish. Great people, great prices, highly recommend!

  Highly recommend Matrix Plumbing! As a new homeowner, I noticed a concerning leak and wasn’t sure what I was dealing with. Matrix came out quickly, did a thorough camera inspection of the lines, and pinpointed a small leak at the base of the kitchen — not something easy to catch in an older home. What impressed me most was that they fixed it the same day. No runaround, no upselling, just honest and efficient work. Really put my mind at ease. Will absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs!

  Matrix Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company we've used. We had a serious leak flooding our washer/dryer area and needed fast, reliable plumbing repair. Another plumber quoted $15,000 — Matrix sent out their technician Jason same day, who provided a digital diagram, gave us a much more affordable quote for the yard line repair, and identified that our aging cast iron pipes needed full replacement. Jason didn't just fix the immediate problem — he gave us a clear plan for whole-house pipe replacement so we're covered long-term.   We had a major nightmare with a broken yard line that caused our water pressure to dropsignificantly. Luckily, we called Matrix Plumbingquickly before it could get any worse. Our technician, Eddie, was fantastic. He replaced the line and got our pressure back to normal in no time. The best part was that they took care of all the permits, making the whole process completely seamless for us. The final price was very fair and stayed right within the original estimate. Eddie was professional, efficient, and clearly knew his stuff. Highly recommend
