- K9Kelly 911Oct 6, 20253.0I have no complaints about their installation of our water well 5 years ago. In fact, all of the guys were great. My complaint is a recent service call that turned out to be ants in the switch. For 30 minutes of their time, I was charged $200 plus tax (we live 10 minutes outside of Huntsville City). When I called to pay and questioned the taxes charged on a residential service, the office woman disputed the charge saying that's what their tax auditor told them to charge. When I advised her that it's illegal in the State of Texas to charge the tax, she became rude and angry, but agreed to remove the tax charge. However, I was still charged $200 which (after calling around to other businesses) is much higher than the $125-$150 that other companies charge for the same service. Unfortunately, they've lost us as a customer.

- LBLauren BurnsSep 25, 20252.0We're new to the area, and first time well owners. We had someone out to tell us what we could do to up our water pressure. A man came out, was there for about ten minutes. Turned the water on, said the pressure was good at the well and said we had two filters and to contact someone else about the alleged filters. Firstly, theres not two filters. We have one filter on our water softener. Secondly, I was completely unaware when I made the appointment that there would be a $200 service fee just to drive out and be there for 10 minutes and offer zero solutions for my problem. The lady at the front office was nice and reduced it to half that. But I still feel as $100 plus tax is absurd to literally just come out and tell me my pressure is fine. Maybe I'm just naive for not automatically assuming that there would be a fee, but normally when theres a service fee, the company will notify you beforehand. I would not have had someone come out if I would have known about this service fee.
