Didn't pick up my trash for the second time in 3 weeks my trash cans full I got nowhere to put my trash and they act like they could care less to get out here and pick up my trash. The place was a whole lot better when the original owner had it instead of this company that doesn't want to do their job. And the office lady acts like she could care less I would suggest a better HR person.

The people used to be nice and helpful when we first got our service in 2015. We were the first on the street and in this area to get them. Being elderly and on a fixed income, there would be late payments or they would hold a check. Always paid for two months at a time. They got a city contract with Broaddus and the nice disappeared. They quit picking up your trash if it was one week late. The lady in the office is rude and not helpful at all. This area is limited to services offered but will be looking for another service that appreciates loyal long time customers.

They have been so helpful (retrieving my can when it wasn’t out on the street). Emptying timely and always being friendly and courteous. I’ve been happy with them!

I've been a customer for many years.Their trash service started out excellent, but has since faultered. I've heard excuse after excuse on why there was a problem with the service, but offered no real solutions or apologies. Im very disappointed as of late.

This has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a waste collection service yet! We have had the most pleasant experience from the customer support and the drivers have been excellent. Never any strange bills or missed pick ups. Our last service was absolutely horrible after they had merging with another company and it’s such a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that puts its customers needs first and is transparent with you.
