  I called and scheduled Cody to come and they come to given me estimate. My 2 big main window is cracked and needs to replace and I ask if the 2 smaller bedrooms window is cloudy looking can be replaced too? Friday when they come in the morning and saying will get back to me by late afternoon by 5 pm I text and they didn’t respond by Monday not responding by Tuesday I called my phone got to go right to voicemail after many time I use my work phone call it go through. So my main phone got blocked. Then I spoke the the gentleman saying he’s the boss his voice and tone so angry and not nice. Not even let me explains what’s is going but he said I was lied . I was asking to get 2 big main window on my house that cracked fixing and it on my main floor which big balcony and living room and if they can if not it’s fine to replace my bed room window. I’m not sure because I’m Asian, gay or whatever it’s seems to be he is very discriminating

  Pros: Price seemed reasonable but at it was a repair so I didn't bother getting additional quotes. Repair was, erm, repaired. Work was tidy. Cons: Timeliness. Had a 9.30am to 10am window. At 10.40am I text for an update. At 10.50, I got a reply saying within an hour. 11.35, I got a call saying they'd be there in 30 minutes. Almost 2 hours late in the end and my poor dog was getting impatient for her walk. Things happen and people run late but I was about to cancel because of the lack of updates. It shouldn't be on the customer to chase for information.
