  5 Star Floors installed hardwood flooring throughout our entire home (except the bathrooms). They originally told us it would probably take 5 days to complete, but they had it done in only 3 days! The crew was punctual and professional and the whole process was very smooth. The end result is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely use 5 Star Floors for all our flooring projects from now on.

  A friend of ours recommended Five Star Floors when we mentioned replacing all of the carpet in our new home. I’m so glad they did, because Five Star Floors did an outstanding job! Both Tom and Susan were so helpful in guiding us through our decisions and they worked diligently to accommodate our schedule as we navigated the purchase of our new home. Their install team was reliable and professional at all times and their workmanship is top notch. Communication was excellent throughout the process and we’re looking forward to working with them again as we continue renovations. Thank you!

  I recently had my home floors remodeled by 5 Star Floors in Atascocita and Susan and Tom were EXTREMELY helpful in helping me decide on which LVP would work best for my home to replace the aging tile and laminate floors. They honestly made the process so easy that I had a decision made within a few days and the installation was so thorough that my home interior looks completely better after only a week! I would highly recommend stopping into the store to see the wide variety of flooring options available and even for other projects such as bathroom remodeling and kitchen countertops. 5 Star Floors lives up to its name with 5 Star Service! Thanks again to Susan and Tom for all of the assistance! 5 out of 5 stars! 🌟

  I have no reservations in recommending Five Star Floors and giving them a 5 star rating. I have used them in the past to install hardwood flooring and to remodel our secondary bathrooms. All were done very well and so I recently had them install hardwood flooring thoughout our new construction home. Our builder and trim carpenter both commented about what a good job Five Star Floors did and I couldn't be more pleased. We installed the Southern Traditions Landmark Hickory in Stockyards color and it's gorgeous. Thank you Tom and Susan! Update: After living with this floor for two years, I have become very concerned by the fact that the finish chips easily. I’ve had hardwood engineered flooring in my living areas for years and I’ve never seen damage like this one has sustained. It’s a beautiful looking floor but it is fragile. I plan to contact the installer and Southern Traditions soon. I’m afraid they will tell me that it’s because I have a dog but I had the same type of dog on my other wood floors and didn’t have this happen.
