  We had windows installed by window world in 2012,we have only had 2 issues ,one window lost its seal after 9 years and mildew got inside, we called window world and they replaced the window free of charge! We recently had a window latches that hold the window in place that allow you to open it and clean it from the inside of your house both latches broke on the end,window world came out and replaced the latches free of charge! We love our windows and the after purchase warranty that window world stands by! I highly recommend window world!!! Rick Casey

  My window failed to stay in the open position. I tried the suggestions on their do it your self website but found a broken part. Emailed WW. They emailed back the next day with a repair appointment the next week. Repair guy (Mark I believe) call that morning with a window and updated it later. He came, was professional and friendly. Examined the window and had it fixed in 15 minutes. One more example of WW being a good choice for my windows.

  I can't say enough about how great Window World has been to do business with from start to finish. From the initial sales presentation with John, to being able to pick out exactly what design and features I wanted for each window and door, to the incredibly fast and tidy installation crew, to having a couple minor screen issues repaired by Henry today, all of my experiences with this company have been terrific and I highly recommend them to anyone considering new windows and doors in the Houston area.

  The entire experience of getting my window replaced was a delight. The person who took my initial call was helpful and professional - ordered my new window after seeing pics of the one needing replacement. Appt was made to install when the window was ready and Floyd arrived on time and was polite, professional and extremely helpful. He asked if I had any other issues with my windows and I did, so he looked at them and is following up on a possible issue. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and especially with Floyd. He is a fantastic representative of the company.
