  Tankless water heater, guys if you have one , get it maintenance once a year. Ours was toast and needed replacement. No hot water sucks. Chad was the project manager that came over to evaluate our situation. He was very courteous,polite, and kind. Gave my wife and I very detailed information on our issue and unfortunately we had to replace our tankless water heater. It was from 2008, and well the previous owner of our house never maintained maintenance on it. Nor did we . We had no idea you had to do so. Chad reassured us our water heater had more than 4yrs. of no maintenance damaged, more let twelve or more years of damage. It was bad. Show us pictures and gave us quotes on the best options for us . Financing was available and gave us a peace of mind. Went back to a tankless water heater.Village came out the very next day with permits, materials, and all personnel (Plumber, helper,roofer, and electrician)that was required for the job. Reid was the plumber that came out to install our new unit. We were made priority and was the first job of the day. Reid was very helpful, polite, and professional. They all were. Very happy with the prompt service and my family and I now have hot water again and are very happy! From our phone call to the end off installation,service was awesome! Thank you Village team for all your hard work and service! We will continue to call Village for our plumbing, electrical, or A/C needs .

  Noah CG. Extraordinary young man with vast plumbing experience and wisdom beyond his years. His diagnosis of the myriad of issues we have was thoroughly explained and broken down with clarity and precision. He is patient, well spoken, and made sure to clad his shoes before walking in the house. He called and arrived in a timely fashion. He went over a suitable plan to get us up and running right away. We feel extremely confident and look forward to fixing all our issues with Noah as our consultant and fixer of all things plumbing. Even our dog, who can be so shy, was calm. Don’t hesitate. Call these folks and if you can, ask for Noah.

  Donald came out to my home a couple months ago to quote a gas line installation for my generator, and I can honestly say this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. From the start, he followed up consistently and took the time to break everything down so I actually understood what I was getting. I’ll admit, at first I was on the fence, but Donald made it clear what each option meant, the quality behind it, and the long-term value. I chose to move forward with his recommendation—not because it was the cheapest, but because it was the right way to do it. I’d rather pay more upfront than deal with problems later, and Donald made that decision easy. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly puts the customer first. His knowledge, professionalism, and ability to explain things in a way that makes sense gave me complete confidence. That kind of peace of mind is worth more than any lowball price from someone cutting corners. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and actually cares about doing the job right, Donald is the man. Village Plumbing earned my trust because of him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  I've done business with Village Plumbing for 46 years. I felt they were honest above all so I trusted them believing their prices were a little high but worth it for the good job they did. My March 23 appointment was for between 1 and 6 pm. I received no call until 7:47 pm, long after dark. Someone called and asked if I still needed assistance. I said yes and he advised that he was still 45 minutes away. At 7:54 I got a text advising that Nathan Dover was on his way. Upon arriving around 8:30 pm, he looked at my toilet and gave me a $1284 quote to pull toilet and repair a plastic flange or $2141 to pull and replace a brass flange. Neither of those options sounded reasonable to me, so I declined to do the work. I was charged $79 for an afterhours troubleshooting call. I did not ask for my call to be treated as an emergency and did not realize I would be charged for overtime especially since the appointment was to be performed during regular hours. I had the work performed the next day for $385 by a licensed plumber after a free estimate. I won't be calling on Village Plumbing ever again.

  Noah CG - I had a really positive experience working with Noah. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to listen carefully and make sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward.
