  I had an excellent experience with Upstanding Roofing. From the very first contact, the team was professional, punctual, and transparent throughout the entire process. They clearly explained the condition of my roof and the available options, without any pressure. The work was completed on time and with great quality. They handled everything and made sure to clean up the area once the job was finished. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in doing a great job. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable company for roof inspection or replacement.

  I didn't finish my post as I wanted to send shout outs to my salesperson, Carlos who made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Carlos took the time to sit down with me, explain everything in detail, from shingle options to warranties, and made sure I fully understood what to expect before moving forward. Shout out to the triple double Crew of 6 who placed a 5000 sq foot roof in 1 day ( to include clean up!) The triple double crew of 6 remained professional, efficient, and completed the job in just one day! I've never seen anything quite like this before, while maintaining great quality. What stood out the most was the follow-through. Carlos aka the secret weapon with his hovering drone before the project came back after the install, walked me through the completed work, and even showed me drone footage so I could see everything clearly. Carlos truly stayed involved every step of the way and made me feel confident in my decision. Oh by the way, I didn't need any estimates but 1. I was comfortable with their payment plan and all in! Upstanding started my project immediately. Attic view s disclosed poor workmanship done during by previous repair roofers. Lastly a shout out to Richard the PM who checked on his team and made sure they weren't in need of anything to complete the project as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Carlos and the whole Upstanding team. Five stars all the way! Now to post some pix. Not an easy feat for a senior...

  Upstanding truly lived up to their name. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and confident in the company’s capability. The work on our roof was done efficiently and has made the house look new. If you are in the need of a new roof, please give them a call. It will be well worth it!

  Recently had a new roof installed by Upstanding Roofing and couldn't be happier with the results. The crew showed up on time, made sure to protect our landscaping and finished the project well before the day ended. They took the time to repair missing or damaged wood decking before applying the new material. This was never discussed beforehand, but they took the initiative to insure our roof was proper in every respect. Emilio, Richard and Ben took good care of us and we would recommend Upstanding Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof or just a repair.

  Upstanding Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and very well organized. Ms. Karina and Ben were both exceptional throughout the experience. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to answer our questions with patience and honesty. The crew worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and the quality of the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It is not easy to find a company that combines great workmanship with excellent customer service, but Upstanding Roofing truly delivered on both. We are very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.
