- AHAlberto HernandezDec 2, 20251.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from TK Elevator, and I feel compelled to share my experience. One of our elevators has been down since October 25, and despite repeated attempts to get updates, I have received no response from the assigned Account Manager, Perla Steen, or the Field Supervisor, Doug Allison. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated issue—service has been consistently poor throughout the year. TK Elevator continues to struggle with staffing issues, resulting in excessive delays every time we need assistance. They promise Field Quality Audits, but those audits never take place. We have also requested monthly preventive maintenance reports, which are supposed to be standard, yet they refuse to provide them. TK Elevator advertises service during normal business hours, but in reality, that never happens. We are routinely forced to place after-hours overtime calls just to get someone on site, which is both inconvenient and costly. At this point, the lack of professionalism, follow-through, and basic responsiveness from TK Elevator has created unnecessary operational challenges and frustration. I would avoid using them until there has been some positive change.
