  Work commence within a couple of weeks of signing the contract. We have an extremely small lot, very crowded underground with lots of unmarked water/power/cable lines! Work was finished within 2 or 3 weeks. Everything runs perfectly. The most amazing thing was the after work follow up. Turns out a subcontractor damaged an underground cable running to a neighbor. Both Mike and the sub were out every day while the repair work was done by the neighbor's contractor (work was on or near my property) and took full responsibility. So when they say they take care of everything, they take care of everything! I highly recommend them!

  Just a little follow up 6 months later - We lost power when it was 35'F outside (Apple weather says "Feels Like 20'F") and the Generac kicked right on and powered our entire home. My only thought was how pleased I've been with the purchase and that it was money well spent knowing I'll be sleeping in a house that's heated to 72'F potentially sweating.

  What a relief and peace of mind I have since my all house Generac generator has been installed and ready to go thanks to Safe Haven Power. The process was easy. The owners Shane, Michael and Terry were professional and easy to work with. Now when I see my neighbors online asking if anyone else is without power like they are, I am happy to know I will not have to reply yes even if my section of the neighborhood goes dark. I lived almost a week without power and heat during our recent cold snowy winter and do not want to do that again. With hurricanes, floods, winter storms and rolling black outs that happen too often for my comfort level, I am so happy I called Safe Haven Power to install my all home generator.
