  We had an amazing experience with One Hour Air. They came out promptly and technician Alfredo was super efficient in diagnosing a cracked heat exchanger and corroded flue pipe in the fur ace. He explained the issue and, after explaining repair cost vs replacement cost, we opted for replacement. Sales manager James graciously found various coupons and discounts to make the cost almost equal. The install crew, led by Jose, returned the same day to get everything put into place quickly. 💯 recommend!

  We have One Hour’s Annual Maintenance plan and they have been great since day one. Our most recent visit with Ricardo is one of the BEST experience I’ve ever had with any maintenance technician. Ricardo allowed me to ask as many questions as I pleased, which I know was a lot haha. He was very kind, not only to my wife and I, but my children as well. Specifically, when my five year old son asked him “to come see his room,” he took two minutes and looked at his room and even asked him about the dinosaurs on his wall. This is not just a very good example of incredible customer service; it is an example of a great human being.

  Oscar took his time and was very diligent with maintenance on several units for our house. He was able to diagnose several issues, provide his recommendations and teach me about HVAC systems during some wait time. Extremely polite and friendly service was provided. A+. Will specifically request him going forward.

  After waiting two days on another company only for them cancel the service each time, I called 1 hour ac. They tell me we have an appointment first thing in the morning, get a text around 7:30an that they’re on the way. Tech Oscar arrived on time very friendly explained about the service I requested and ask if any other concerns that need to addressed. He preformed the service in a timely manner the area he worked in was cleaner than when he arrived. He then proceeded to explain the results very thoroughly and option for for area of concerns. Highly recommend Oscar and 1 hour ac.

  Chei Ck came and work on our AC. I just want to say I am beyond satisfied and happy with the service that we were provided. He went beyond to show us what was wrong and what was needed to be fixed. His kindness, the way he is able to speak to customers is unbelievable, and I am super happy. I’ve never had somebody explain so thoroughly with the understanding. I have a little knowledge with AC. He didn’t make us feel as just some regular maintenance person was coming over to fix our AC. He actually made it seem. Family member was coming over and wanting to help us out wanting to fix our AC wanting to figure out what is going on Our AC isn’t working. I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart and I truly appreciate your kindness. Your generosity and may God bless you.!!!
