- AIArne IronpainMar 13, 20261.0We had one of the worst service experiences i've seen in decades of doing business. The level of disrespect toward customers here is unbelievable. Repair costs kept increasing without any communication if approval, which is completely unacceptable. It felt like the goal was simply to replace as many parts as possible instead of properly diagnosing the actual problem. If you want accurate troubleshooting and honest communication, this is not the place. In my opinion, they may be good at replacing parts, but diagnosing issues correctly is clearly not their strenght. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I called to request a quote and she hung up on me. When I called back and explained that someone had disconnected the call while I was providing information for a quote, she said that it was her and said she would hang up again if I didn’t give her the information, even though I was already in the process of giving it. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.
