- MMMJ Martin2 days ago2.0The tech was nice and communicative. Office was kind and polite when scheduling. However, they broke the knob on my water well. They turned my water off to do the work. . .no problem. They finished the work and they broke the knob when they tried to turn the water back on. They had to call a technician from another company to fix it, which cost me an additional $450. The well was not broken when they arrived. My well is very new, just 3 years old, so this was not a equipment issue. Not sure if the tech knew how to turn a well on/off. We needed the water to be turn back on, so I didnt have much of a choice on next steps, once it was broken. But I am very upset that I was responsible for paying to fix something that they broke. Took my costs from estimated $1400 to actual $1800. BEWARE!
- VEVictoria Extrimadura6 days ago5.0Doug was amazing! He not only fixed the problem he was super nice and my son love watching him. Doug showed him the tools and what they did. He had a blast. My dog also claimed him as her bestie. She does not shy away from deterring people she thinks are not friendly but Doug had her wanting belly rubs and followed him around begging for more pets by the time he left. He completely passed the vibe check and did an amazing job!

I had to make him take a break and get water. He was admitted about being done in a few more minutes and would love some water. Y’all he was done in NO time! Y’all it’s just Tuesday and guess who was at my house at 10 am fixing the problem. You guys need to clone this young man. He is AMAZING and a young man of his word.
