The service was reliable, well organized, and professional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done on time, and the installation was clean and careful. As someone used to German standards, I really appreciated how structured and straightforward the whole process was. No unnecessary complications, just solid, quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

Appreciated the owner came to the place before installation to discuss all details. Fast service and great quality, I am happy with my minisplit. Would recommend, also price is reasonable for what I was quoted in other places.

I had two mini splits installed on 7/05/25. I had to have another installer come back to try and fix the mess the first one made. He didn’t improve the sloppy work. He just gave me excuses why he couldn’t fix it. In the meantime, I had setup an appointment for two more mini splits to be installed in the cabana. The job was completed on 7/21/25. I didn’t learn my lesson the first time. About a month later, I noticed the sloppy work that was done on the install. I had areas not taped correctly with foam coming out the opening. This is connected to the unit on the outside. He shorted the plastic extension into the unit that goes to the inside. He cut the piece too short to connect to the inside unit. He filled it with caulking on the outside. I noticed it and told him that I didn’t like that. I called and expressed my concern to the installer. I didn’t want small animals or bugs to be able to get in from the outside. I wanted the extension that was cut short replaced. He told me that he showed me the work and I didn’t mention it then. I mentioned the extension that was caulked. He just ignored me. It cost me $1,200 on the first install to have an electrician make the outside look presentable. Plastic tubing and rubber should not be used, it should be metal. It is too hot in Texas for plastic and rubber. This job was worse than the first one. Please note that they use contractors for their jobs. It will cost me more money to make this job look presentable.

John Barrett with Windsanity installed a mini split on a new tiny home I had built and it's been nothing but a headache. After just a couple of months it stopped cooling. July 11, 2025 A technician came out, couldn't find a leak, recharged it and it lasted until December 30, 2025. Now it'll cost $350-$500 for a service call plus the cost of stop leak that he said most likely will need to be used. I hadn't even had this thing for a year.
