  Window World sent 2 installers to my home to replace all of the windows in our rental, purchased by the homeowner. About 2 hours before they finished, a female showed up and just walked into our home with no explanation or wearing any company logo. We still do not know who she really was. The next day I went to my dresser to put my Gucci watch on, that I have had for over 10 years. It was purchased then for around $2,000. It was not there, so I did a thorough search of my bedroom, and it is GONE!! My husband and I spoke to our neighbors, who had a clear unobstructed view into our bedroom window the day before, there were no curtains up in any of the rooms because of install. They report seeing the unidentified female standing directly in front of my dresser, which is not near the window. They say she left the room after they made eye contact. I contacted Window World to report this and they insist that their employees did not take my property, and even implied that I could be lying. I filed a police report that they say they needed, still nothing. They will not accept any responsibility. Please DO NOT leave anything of value out if you use this company!!! I learned a valuable lesson, and how companies do not care about you as a person, or being honest. Disgusted.

  From sales to installation has been nothing but a wonderful experience! Gordon isn’t your normal salesman! He becomes your friend and family before you even decide to purchase windows! Straight forward and no games! The installation team was fast and efficient as well. We had 18 windows installed less than 3 hours! The first month we had our new windows, our electricity bill dropped almost in half! The new windows are absolutely gorgeous and we get compliments all the time! Henry came out to inspect and all I can say is wow! So professional and super nice! You won’t find a better team from sales to finish or quality windows than from Window World! I highly recommend them!

  We are renovating an older brick home and it desperately needed new windows. After have the Window World rep, Travis, over for an estimate we were quite surprised that new windows were actually affordable! The installers came last week and within hours they installed new windows beautifully! They did a great job, they cleaned up everywhere they were working and explained how to use the windows! These wimdows made our house so much more appealing! Such a difference with the sound and the insulation value already. The windows work so good and has a lifetime warranty that’s transferable if you sell the house!We highly recommend Window World if you’re looking for new windows!

  Window was installed with a manufacturer defect. Window World kept telling me the issue was on my end. I finally proved it wasn't. Window World said they would replace it. I've been waiting since August for the replacement. Everything I call they say "oh the window was supposed to be ordered but for some reason it hasn't." I'll give you one time to tell me that but twice? There is so much water damage that the studs are gone. No one can answer my questions, everyone wants to rush me off the phone. Why offer a warranty if this is the way you're going to act?

  We recently used Window World to replace all (29) windows in our house and are extremely pleased with the window quality, the overall service, and the warranty that was included. Our house is stucco and the installers did a great job ensuring a quality installation in a single day. We’ve already noticed a significant difference in heating and cooling efficiency. If you’re considering any of the more “recognized” window brands for replacement and having sticker shock, Window World will probably be a pleasant surprise.
