  Great job from Window World. It’s a massive improvement! Our whole house looks nicer, Feels better and more energy efficient, And the noise is down quite a bit. The installers were very nice and they did a great job. Everyone was very polite and they communicate communicated with us when they were doing different things. This has been a very smooth and simple process. The windows are a great quality and nowhere near the price of some places. My whole family has used Window World for their houses. We are very pleased.

  Our experience with Window world was a great one! Dan is an awesome personable salesman. He came in and explained everything to me and even gave my maltipoo Dogs some treats. 😊 He is a wonderful friendly salesman and not pushy at all. Our windows look beautiful on our old home. It really updates the home! Even the contractor guy was super nice and explained step by step what they did. I know that is protocol for them but it helped tremendously. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Window World!

  ⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I believe most people only replace their windows once in their lifetime, maybe twice, so if you read the reviews and see how this company presents itself, you might think they are decent. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different and extremely disappointing — especially considering this is supposed to be a fairly large window company in Houston. First, the delivery timeline was unacceptable. I was told window shipping usually takes around 4 weeks, but my order took almost 2 months. During this time, customer service showed very little concern or effort to clearly communicate when installation would actually happen. I constantly felt left in the dark. Second, the installation itself was a mess. They sent only 3 installers for nearly 20 windows, which is clearly not enough. The crew almost destroyed my existing window frames. They never used a level until I questioned it. When I used my own level to check, 4 windows were visibly not level. Only then did they try to adjust them slightly and blamed it on the previous crew’s work — which honestly makes no sense. While removing an old window on the second floor, they dropped it onto my patio, breaking part of my siding. To this day, they have completely ignored this damage. The caulking work is extremely ugly and sloppy. It honestly looks like the installers were inexperienced or poorly trained. I seriously questioned whether they were professionals at all. Maybe I was just unlucky with the crew they sent — but that should not be the customer’s problem. To make matters worse, during installation, one of the workers was watching European soccer on his phone. Unbelievable. Right now, two windows on my second floor are still not fully caulked, and I’m genuinely worried that rain will damage my home. Before leaving, they simply looked at the installed windows, said “okay,” and left. No cleaning, no touch-ups, no professionalism whatsoever. I recently had windows installed by a different company at another property just one month ago, so I clearly see the difference between true professionalism and what I experienced here — and the gap is huge. I will likely need to speak directly with their office next week. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this company based on my installation and customer service experience.

  I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with my windows and doors installed by Window World! The installers were on time and did a great job from start to finish! We had an issue of a power wire ran under the threshold of an exterior door which is against code. They helped me extend the wire and run it around the frame! I wish I would have found Window World sooner because I paid Power Home a remodeling DOUBLE the price for windows that I really do not like because they put a smaller window and just decked it in. From the wall to the glass has a bezel that's almost 4 inches!!! And this is on my living room 3 bottom and and 3 on top window stack! Window world put the right size window with barely a 2 inch bezel in my bedroom windows! Plus these windows and doors come with a LIFETIME warranty! Cannot beat this deal!!!

  *Edited from prior post* Changed my rating because customer service reached out to make it right after investigation on their end. Honestly even debated taking the adjustment fee they offered. Because price was average, warranty policy and they were willing to make it right I decided to change in the end. Thoroughly disappointed that I had the rare unlucky customer experience based on these reviews. My 3 story townhome was inspected inside and out at the initial consultation and the rep proceeded with ordering windows. When the workers came for installation, they told me they weren’t sure if they’d be able to install because the debris could fall into the neighbors backyard. They said they’d have to have permission from the neighbors and come back another day with tarp to catch the debris. They spent an hour discussing this between their field supervisor and me without any proactive action or solutions. I finally walked myself to the neighbors with the worker to get permission and the assurance from the initial rep that it could be done safely and legally. Then to make matters worse, the final half of the payment was an incorrect amount on their end. I clearly showed my receipt email with my deposit half after I had done payment over the phone. So I spent another 15min with them over their lack of bookkeeping. Though the work was done it begs to ask the question what this company would have done if the neighbors denied permission or wasn’t home to consent? They were very quick to tell me they wouldn’t refund my payment as the windows were custom ordered. Between waiting, telephone calls and actual install - I spent 5.5 hours for a project that supposedly would’ve only taken 1-2 hours of my time. I myself cleaned the debris in my backyard to expedite their leave. I also had to ask them to sweep the mud they tracked in. Will never recommend this company to my family or friends.
