  My condo windows, along with 51 other units where changed out by Window World in 2017 after hurricane Harvey. When I moved back home in 2018 I noticed our building of 4 units, the smallest of our association did not have ANY window flashing. I mentioned it over & over to our Assoc. President & he must be deaf. We were recently told it is our responsibility. We lost everything downstairs that year, but if your company cannot do a complete job, you should not be doing it at all. If you can rectify your responsibility, please let me know.

  We had all of the windows in the house replaced 5 years ago. We noticed an immediate savings in ac and heating. There was also the added benefit of being able to let the sun in during the summer, BUT NOT THE HEAT! Recently I noticed a slight discoloration between the glass in one of our kitchen windows. I called and was delighted to hear that they would be sending someone out. They were prompt and courteous and replaced it... no charge. We love our windows and are very happy with our purchase.

  Window world delivers! I called them to replace a window that had a small damaged, (btw these windows were installed over 5 years ago). Henry the technician, showed up at the scheduled time with great attitude, happy, replaced the damaged window, ensuring that everything was in perfect working order . Window world has a lifetime replacement warranty and they stand by their product!!

  Mr Dan made this process so easy for us! He was truly amazing working with us from the beginning to the end. I was impressed that he followed up with us after the installation to make sure we were happy!! The guys that installed the windows were very efficient, respectful and tidy with the install! We are so excited we went with Window World which was recommended to us by Dale & Marijane Beene from D&D Climate Control in LaPorte,Texas.

  Window World updated my windows in June 2022. Last week, I called Window World for a Mechanical repair on a window track piece that broke when cleaning the outside (top spring locks were released and the window was rotated inside the house). They scheduled a technician visit within 2 business days of my call. Day of repair: Marco called me to let me know he was on his way then again when he arrived, on time. He was respectful and polite throughout the process. I watched him get started and his confidence and skill were obvious. Most importantly, the window above my kitchen faucet was quickly repaired with no inconvenience to me.
