  This is one of the few companies that I can happily give 5 stars to all the time. They are always VERY respectful of both m, my family, and my property. Their windows are of the highest quality, and their after sales customer service is best. A special shout out to a great guy, Cory, who came to my home today to do some minor tweaks. I give my highest endorsement to Window World!

  We’ve used Window World on 2 homes we’ve owned and we’ve been happy both times. They are affordable and easy to work with and the lifetime guarantee is something we’ve recently utilized with no hiccups. We bought and completely renovated a house during Covid and we have a lot of windows, several of them being oversized picture windows. As time went on we noticed issues with several of the windows which is obviously a bad batch from Covid, once I realized the problem I called and had quick turnaround service to get all of the windows replaced. Both installers were very professional and extremely helpful, I can’t recall the first employees name but he deserves recognition as well as our most recent man of the hour Cory. You might find fancier higher priced windows out there but if you’re looking for an easy to work with company and affordable well working windows then Window World might be the company for you!

  The Windows World team arrived at my house at 9AM and left around noon. In mere 3 hours, Jose’s team of 5 people completed the installation of 17 beautiful windows and left the area without any mess. Around 3PM, their quality control guy, James, visited my house to follow up on the work done. I only reported a small finding that a small area, about 5 Square inches, of the wall on the side of a bathroom window was scraped and exposed the drywall beneath. James tries to fix it but he does not have the necessary materials to do it. Instead, he instructed me on how to do a DIY JOB. Overall, the Windows World team was very efficient and professional. I am totally satisfied with my decision to go with them. I highly recommend them.

  If I could give these incompetent people a negative star rating I would. After MONTHS of “promises” AKA LIES LIES LIES. THE INCOMPETENCE CONTINUES. Do yourself a favor and go with ANYONE but them. They are beyond help. Damaged Windows. Wrong windows. Damaged custom door. Wrong custom door. Damage your property when the install things. Subpar quality EVERYTHING. They are unable to produce even the smallest thing correctly. And please - don’t expect any pride in their work. Any quality in their work. Or any accountability from a single one of them. It astounds me that this company existed with the utterly atrocious quality they produce. I’m reporting them to the BBB and a few other regulatory institutions. They are quick to take the money. Not so quick at anything else. Also, don’t expect to get what you paid for.

  So I gave 2 stars simply because my first 5 windows were great. No complaints. My 2nd round of 5 windows, awful. They put a Crack in the wall, dented 2 outside window frames & it took paint off of 1. Gashed window sill on 1 window. Caulking is terrible around 1 big window. Lost a security sensor (value $35) & bent 2 sets of brackets for custom made blinds (Value $20). Now I know they were trying to be helpful taking blinds off & security sensors, that i couldnt do, but seems like no respect to my house. I called & Jake came out & inspected damage. He said they could fix the wall & window sill. Also credit me for new brackets. Well been way over a month & have heard nothing. I text him ( cuz that seems to be his way of communicating) & as of today NO word. I have filled out several surveys & even a phone survey & still no one has reached out. I have 3 windows left & I will not be using Window World. Their customer service sucks. I hope I don't ever have a issue with these windows. Even tho I paid for extra warranty. Just want to say thank you Window World for making my house worse than it was & making more work & money for me to fix your crappy install.
