These are SALESMEN they’re sending to your homes, not REPAIRMEN. (Their priority is upselling you on an $11k water system instead of doing a measly $500 part replacement) I cannot believe this was my experience after reading all of these amazing reviews!!!
Called for after hours service yesterday around 5pm and were given a window of 6-10pm for an extra fee (not a bad fee, so we agreed and waited)
Got a call at 8pm from the technician who said he was 45-60 out. We described the problem, he said he didn’t have the part we needed (cartridge) and stores were closed so he would be back next day (today) at 5pm with the part to do the repair. Okay- it’s too late to call someone else at this point so we agreed.
I did not get any texts for my 5pm apt today so I texted to confirm at 4:21pm and called at 4:45pm after no response to my text. We were told “You’re next” for a master plumber who WILL have the part we need. It is not an up charge for an after hours appointment either. Okay that’s great.
At 7 Robert calls us to say he is an hour out. Great.
He gets here, looks at the leak we want repaired, said he’s seen worse and it’s not as bad as he expected, starts telling us what causes damage to plumbing in homes and immediately requests to see our water heater.
Oh, and he does not have the part.
He then spends a few minutes putting together a quote to show us what he can do while he argues with my husband that no one told him he was supposed to have that part- first there’s nothing he can do, then he can get it tonight for an extra fee…
But even though he doesn’t have the part and cant fix the problem we called about yesterday until tomorrow, he will gladly sell us this $11,000 water system we didn’t ask anything about right now!

Do not bother with Village. They have been overcharging me for years, and I used to think you get what you pay for.
However, last year I had a heating issue when the tech said he could get the necessary part and come back to fix the same day. He ended up wasting 3 hours of my time saying he "got tied up with other jobs on his way back", when I could have just bought the part myself and had another tech install. At that point, I still trusted they were the best in town.
Then, last month, my AC evaporator went out at night, and the call center said they could send someone out that night to fix. I waited 2 hours with no one coming, called them back, and then they said it was too late to send a tech after all, and I would have to wait to have functioning AC until tomorrow. Overall, a series of events marking poor time management, lack of effective communication, and overcharging for services that are better contracted elsewhere (which I have now successfully done).

Came down to help my mom after shoulder replacement surgery. Her toilet started leaking and I was in an emergency situation due to other “plumbers” working on the toilet. As an out of towner, I had to rely on reviews and chose to go with Village Plumbing due to the positive reviews and the large amount of people using them.
Eddie Caballeros came out to the house quickly and took the time to explain and diagnose the issue. Eddie explained and showed the issues with the drain and the toilet. I knew what he was doing before he did it. He explained the pricing and what the job entailed. I was impressed with Eddie’s professionalism and work ethic. This review won’t do him justice and the jump well done.
Eddie and Village Plumbing thank you for helping my mom and our family out. Your work, time, and effort to fix our issue was greatly appreciated.
Thanks again!

I hired village to completely replace my HVAC system: new ducts, furnace, AC, drainage line, etc.
Sean and Jovan (see attached picture) were the technicians doing the work. They were amazing. It was a rather large job, so it took about a day and a half (in work hours), but they worked hard to make sure I had a functioning AC by the end of the first day. Unfortunately some the details of the full job wasn't communicated to them so they were surprised when I asked about certain things. This wasn't their fault and despite the surprise about the extra work, they happily accommodated me to make sure I was taken care of. They didn't rush the job and took their time to do it right, but still worked very efficiently.
I'm a pretty neurotic person, so I was constantly worried about this and that. They were very patient with me about my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions until I was satisfied. I mostly bothered Sean with my questions and requests. He was very knowledgeable, had great attention to detail and always went above and beyond to put my mind at ease.
I'm very happy with the quality service Sean and Jovan provided. I hope I get them again in the future because I know they will continue to do a great job. Thanks again guys!

We recently had a house fire and the firefighters had to turn our gas off. We called Village to come diagnose the issue. 3 stars for coming out promptly but they gave us the option to “fix it” without replacing water heater and we paid the 2k to do that. Don (the contractor that was sent out) said when we were looking over prices that “it’s just money”. I took work off the next day waiting for them to arrive. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have been without hot water for several days. They told us they couldn’t get the part and we’d need to replace the entire water heater. Never called back with other solutions - and this is after we paid them. They refunded our money. We called a different plumber that was able to order the part and fix our issue. Felt like they were scamming us to buy new water heater - would not recommend.
