  I'm so pleased to share a few words about my experience this morning with Village, Plumbing, Air, and Electrical. After a couple of tries at doing handyman repairs to my old toilet, I resigned myself to calling in the professionals. I spoke with the scheduling department yesterday and received an appointment for this morning. Let's just say that was the first pleasant surprise. I received a text first thing this morning with the name of the plumber who would be arriving, and I was tickled to be giving some background information about the lovely man who rang my doorbell shortly thereafter. To say that Donald Helka was a consummate professional is not an overstatement. This is a journeyman who takes pride in his work and takes pride in the company, and takes pleasure in educating the customer. He was quickly able to analyze the issue with my 40-year-old toilet, providing me with multiple options with the pros and cons of each option. I never felt that he was mansplaining to me, but only felt his concern that I find a solution that worked for me. I ultimately decided to replace the toilet. He contacted the main office and, within 15 minutes, had secured a replacement toilet and had the scheduler scheduled a replacement for this very morning. I could not have imagined a more satisfactory outcome or a more pleasant morning visit by a plumber!

  Noah C-G inspected my home for plumbing related issues today. He explained in detail the issues that he saw and the options to correct them. He answered my questons. Pricing was given as a total first, then later for each item. Since the total was more than I had budgeted, we went over what we thought were priorities to get done first. He was friendly, easy to work with. I felt that he knew his job well. He will be back on a later date to do the work. I feel good with choosing this company to take care of the plumbing issues for my 12 year old home. And with Noah, as well.

  I used Village for an emergency repair when I had a water leak and they were excellent. They came out late on a weeknight to assess the problem and stop the leak, and the next day made all the repairs necessary to get my house functional again. The guys were respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. They are more expensive than other companies, which is going to happen when you are larger and have more overheard and resources, but they got the job done. I encourage everyone to shop around for something that fits their budget, as you might find a cheaper alternative. But if you go with Village they will take care of you.

  Noah CG Omg, if I tell you I had the best experience today with my tech from Village Plummers. My tech was Noah and I was more thaj satisfied with the service. At first glance my husband said "He's just a kid!" We laughed. Noah's initial approach was heartwarming. He was kind approachable and friendly. Don't let the baby face fool you, he is very KNOWLEDGEABLE and passionate about was he does. He explained everything in detail, asked if we had any questions and most importantly he answered all of my questions. At the the end of his inspection (of my water heater), As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I was so nervous about the bottom line, but Noah was able to show me options that could fit in our budget. I'm sure Village Plummers has a ton of experienced plumbers, (which is why they have a five star review) but Noah will remain my point of contact, if and when I have any questions or concerns!

  I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with at Village Plumbing & Air. I was having issues with my A/C unit and Allan and Joel both came out on two separate occasions to give me a quote for a few different options to repair my unit and also replace it since it was 15 years old. I received a number of quotes and Village offered a fair price. Joel / Allan gave me great advice and I ended up repairing my unit and getting a new supply plenum, media filter and UV light. Sean and his partner came out a few days later and did the repair work in my attic and did an amazing job. The job required them to take a good amount of material out of my attic (eg: old plenum, etc.) and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was left spotless! Had a great experience all around with Village and would definitely recommend!
