  We had a really positive experience with Village Plumbing and Air. Ramiro B. was our technician today and took a lot of time explaining what happened--a clogged pressure sensor line--and then answered all of my other questions about issues that were on our mind with our AC (mold and musty smells). Ramiro was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. We decided to go with the yearly maintenance plan (2 visits a year for about 18 bucks a month) that we should have had in the first place. (We had one a few years ago with another company that was much more expensive and we hadn't continued that one). I'm not mechanically minded and so DIY isn't for me and this suits us perfectly. I feel good about everything and am pleased that I spent less than $100 today (weekend fee was waived) because I went with the plan. Anyhow, before he left we ended up talking about Ramiro's parrot.

  Adulting is sometimes not fun... especially when it comes to HVACs and plumbing. Our experience with Village has been great so far. Eric came today for furnace maintenance. He was on time, wore shoe covers, was friendly, took time to explain and show his findings, answered my questions, gave his suggestions for priorities, and replaced our dirty filters. And he was kind to our dog.

  Scheduled appointment for last Saturday for toilet leak (safety issue for elderly occupants). Received a call that there was an emergency call, would we reschedule. Agreed to reschedule (taking off work to be present) for FIRST appointment out on Tuesday and confirmed with phone call that plumber would arrive between 9-10am with 30 minute advance courtesy call when on the way. At 11am, NO plumber, NO text, NO call. We called Village and were told that the company had meetings in the morning and we would receive a call back from dispatch / plumber in 5 mins. Another 20 minutes later, NO call or even a text. We called back and canceled the service. Village was completely unprofessional and showed complete lack of respect for established customers. We will not be calling them again.

  New Year's long weekend, and of course I discovered a leak in my main line and in a bathtub. William Jacobus came within a few hours and arranged for repair, which I assumed would be 5 days later, on the Monday after the holiday. No, to my surprise and relief, John Malone arrived January 2 and started work on my leaks as well as obtaining and installing a new hot water heater for me, which was not an emergency but which I needed. He explained in detail what to expect. Shortly after he obtained the parts he needed, his assistant, Victor, arrived. Together John and Victor worked until well after dark yesterday and fixed my plumbing problems. In addition, the receptionist, Catalina, was very good at communicating when I should expect John and Victor to arrive. The unpleasantness of needing plumbing repairs was mitigated by the professionalism of William, John, Victor, and Catalina. Village Plumbing has an excellent team, and I recommend the company highly.

  My household experienced an extremely seamless project execution that Village Plumbing along with Mr. Velasco and his drain/sewage team performed in my home. The initial Village plumber arrived on time and treated the problem quickly and efficiently. Then while conducting further steps of his diagnostic duties, he discovered our major drain pipe problem. We are thankful and satisfied of how swiftly the entire project followed through considering that this happened on Christmas week. I do have to comment that communication with the team lead could be better but on the other hand when I reached out, he always responded promptly and gave exact details of what we were to expect next. Village Plumbing is a reliable and professional company I will always count on.
