  Yegas al lugar antes de la hora de la 12 para poder entregar la caja vacía y no ay nadie en la área de SHIPPING OFFICE ay que esperan asta que ellos yegen y no ay nadie entregando nada y asi te asen esperando asta que ellos quieran

  I had searched on line for a 40' container and discovered Pac Van through a on line survey and was contacted by sales representative identified as Kelly at the 12206 Beaumont Hwy, Houston, TX 77049 office. I was given 3 different quotes $1,750.00 $2,200 $2,600.00. I ask what the different grades were on the containers and she informed me they do not grade the containers, they identify them by condition such as wind and water tight. I ask what the delivery fee would be and she stated $195.00. I informed Kelly we were around the corner and after discovering we were located 2.3 miles she lowered the price of delivery to $130.00 which I felt was fair. I arrived at the above location with the intent of purchasing a 40' container and establishing a delivery date. I walked through the container yard in the rain and was assisted by Kelly who I thought was a trooper for her willingness to stomp through water and mud without a complaint. I later discovered that they had a limited number of containers at the $1,750.00 range, and none of the containers that I viewed met the standards of wind and water tight. I ask sales Representative Kelly if they patched the holes and changed door seals? Sales Representative Kelly informed me there may be a chance but for the most part you get what you see. This left me in what I felt as a vulnerable situation and was informed of the $2,200.00 container (my first thought was this is a smooth racket, way to move a customer into the higher sale) We went to the container and after a overview of the 40' container I stated ok I will take it (40' container) Sales Representative Kelly said she could not sale me this particular container but could get me a container like this one for $2,200.00, I said ok and we walked into her office. Sales Represenative Kelly spoke with a short caucasian Male who approached the area where I was located and stated "no that container is $2,400.00" the Male never identified himself nor did he have a name tag. The unidentified Male was rude and attempted to tell me the conditions of his containers and how many they sale. I informed the unidentified Male of the torn door seals and holes in the containers that was being sold as wind and water tight, he never once suggested we look at the containers together and discuss what I was seeing ( maybe because it was raining or because he knew what I was saying to be right) he would not listen to what was being said, he only waited for me to finish speaking so he could make a defense or justify his actions and attitude. A second unknown caucasian male began involving himself in our verbal discussion without being invited as if attempting to defend his coworker. I departed from the location with a great amount of disgust and discouragement, this office and it's employees had no concern for the position and predicament they had placed me in because of their lack of concern for the customer. I have never felt the need to write a review on a company or it's employees, but the attitude and actions takes the cake.
