  I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from TK Elevator, and I feel compelled to share my experience. One of our elevators has been down since October 25, and despite repeated attempts to get updates, I have received no response from the assigned Account Manager, Perla Steen, or the Field Supervisor, Doug Allison. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated issue—service has been consistently poor throughout the year. TK Elevator continues to struggle with staffing issues, resulting in excessive delays every time we need assistance. They promise Field Quality Audits, but those audits never take place. We have also requested monthly preventive maintenance reports, which are supposed to be standard, yet they refuse to provide them. TK Elevator advertises service during normal business hours, but in reality, that never happens. We are routinely forced to place after-hours overtime calls just to get someone on site, which is both inconvenient and costly. At this point, the lack of professionalism, follow-through, and basic responsiveness from TK Elevator has created unnecessary operational challenges and frustration. I would avoid using them until there has been some positive change.

  I’m writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with the recent service experience regarding our building’s elevator with this company. Following a power outage, our elevator stopped working. Despite multiple calls for assistance, it took three weeks for a technician to be dispatched. Each time we contacted their office, we were told the delay was due to staffing shortages. When someone finally arrived, the issue was resolved in under 3 minutes with a simple reset—yet we were charged $900. This charge is extremely unreasonable, especially considering the delay and the significant inconvenience caused to our residents, who had to climb over 40 + stairs to reach the 4th floor for nearly 3 weeks. We received no discount, no apology, and no acknowledgment of the hardship caused. The service we received was completely unacceptable, and we are requesting a reconsideration of the charge. and it was denied! on top of that we pay $1,600 for quarterly maintenance plan and never get it . they told me to submit ticket which I did over 2 months ago and still nothing.

  This company is arguing with the management at the Retreat at Magnolia and refuse to come and fix our elevator. Some people are on state disability and a report will be filed. Stay away from TK

  The last elevator working at 3333 Weslayan has officially stopped working. There are no more functional elevators. The main elevator has been broken since June/July 2024. Slowly one by one, the rest followed. Apartments are no longer accessible for those with handicaps or disabilities.
