These people are clowns, I told them my problem and the sent some clueless tech that did not have a charger for his camera.. They then proceeded to tell me they would be out the next day for their 8 to 5:30 window. At 5:30 in the dot they texted me that they cancelled my appointment . You cannot even get an employee on the phone, they send you to an answering service. Worst experience ever. They are terrible.

These guys actually arrived over 2 hours late. Irving and Ruben came by and did a fantastic job on our repair. But something I noticed after the fact was that they had to cut a larger piece of the 2x4 near the toilet flange and they didn’t mention it. Would have liked that pointed out. Other than that they came in, described the issue and fix except for the 2x4 and were done in a couple of hours. They even cleaned up the environment so it looks like they weren’t here. They also fixed a small issue with my toilet. Thank you guys!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Texas Quality Plumbing. The service started off well with scheduling. I was given an arrival window of 8:30 AM–12:30 PM on 2/17/26. However, by 12:35 PM, no one had arrived — and I had not received a single call, text, or update letting me know they were running late. At 1:00 PM, I called the company to seek clarification. Instead of speaking with a representative, I was routed to an AI agent who could not address my concern about the missed appointment. I made several attempts to reach a live person and was completely unsuccessful. There was no accountability, no explanation, and no urgency shown. I took the entire day off work to accommodate this appointment for an urgent plumbing issue. Later, I received a call informing me that I had been rescheduled for the next day (2/18/26) — without my consent. That level of disregard for a customer’s time and urgent need is unacceptable. Reliability and communication are basic expectations for service providers. Unfortunately, this company demonstrated neither. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Texas Quality Plumbing to anyone seeking dependable service.

I arranged to have a bathroom sink drain P-trap and tail piece replaced at my grandparents' house (see pictures). I used the Thumbtack app to contact Texas Quality Plumbing and arranged to have the repair done on 12/4/25. Cedric M. (#35) completed the repair as shown in the second picture. I, however, was unable to be present that day. The amount Cedric billed my grandparents for the repair was $1,002! This was for a two hour job with approx. $60 worth of parts! I have attempted for the last two months to resolve this and have had no progress. The company has been completely unwilling to provide an itemized receipt and explain why the amount was so high and will likely only point to the fact that businesses in TX can charge any amount they choose with no agency regulation. At the end of the day, this is a company that apparently charges whatever amount they want with zero explanation and no written quote and will even overcharge and scam the elderly. Let your family and neighbors know to never use this company!!!

David V. from Texas Quality Plumbing was great. He helped me figure out why my water wasn’t working and quickly found the water was shut off at the meter. He explained everything clearly (where the shutoff is, what position it should be in, and how to read the meter to check for leaks). He turned the water back on, tested it, and made sure everything in the house was functioning properly. He also went above and beyond by testing my water hardness and walking me through what the results mean, plus how to maintain faucets/aerators and what to consider if I want filtration. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me instead of just rushing out. On top of that, he answered a ton of questions I had about replacing bathroom faucets, shower heads, and toilets. He explained what would be simple vs. what would require modifications, and even helped me confirm the correct toilet rough-in (12”). Very professional, respectful, and patient. Highly recommend.
