He came out to repair a gas line that ran underneath a side-entry sidewalk, and there was a real chance the sidewalk would need to be broken up. Through skill and careful work, he was able to complete the repair without demolishing the sidewalk, which saved time, money, and a big headache. Jose was quick, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. His attention to detail and problem-solving made all the difference. I highly recommend Jose and Texas Quality Plumbing for any gas or plumbing work.

Hector was very professional. He answered all of my questions he made the appointment for me. He showed me everything that was not going right with my current water heater. I was very happy to have such a great young man that knew what he was doing and he was very polite because of him I am going to schedule my appointment to replace my water heater . After noticing a major leak in the front of my home, I was apprehensive about what the process would be to fix it, and how long it would take. I called Sunday and was told they would come Wednesday. After calling back Monday and expressing the urgency they sped up my appointment to Tuesday. Thanks to the diligent and secure replacement of the pipe the issue was resolved within the hour. Their professionalism is unmatched and their willingness to communicate their extensive knowledge was so welcoming. I am extremely grateful for their patience and kindness!
- JCJennifer CollinsJan 3, 20261.0Horrible experience since install… They did not install it properly… For the recirculation unit you have to have a T line… But they didn’t do that… They had it set for external circulator… This unit doesn’t have an external circulator it has an internal circulator… I told the sales guy when he came out that I have natural gas… The people that installed it set it for propane… Nothing but problems they’ve come out three separate times still can’t fix the problems…. I’ve asked for them to remove the unit take it back. Give me my money back. Cancel my financing… I don’t hear back from anybody… Absolutely positively the worst customer service… They’ll tell you over the phone in an email. They want to do everything they can to make it right but they’re not doing that… Instead, they want to install some sort of device under my kitchen sink… Which isn’t even the appropriate place to install it… And it’s not even necessary because I have a recirculator with the unit that I bought… These people clearly don’t know what they’re doing… Ask the guys that showed up today for their certification that they’ve been certified and trained in this unit and how to install it… They just drove off and I have yet to hear back from anybody… So unfortunately for this company, I’m going to be seeking legal council…and I’ve already reported them to NAVIEN… lastly, they give you an appointment time… Specifically mine was for today at 8 AM between 8 AM and 8 AM and they didn’t show up until 10… I had to call somebody to find out where they were
