Invoice 165331838: I had both Pepe and Oscar come out to install 35' of 3/4" PEX from our water tank to office trailer. They were both very professional, easy to work with, completed the work faster than expected, and did a stellar job all the way around. Both of these guys deserve a hefty bonus this year hands down!

I’m thankful that Irving and Antonio came today, and completed the unfinished job that the other tech left undone. Irving inspected the previous work done, and I appreciate him for doing that. He made sure that I’m satisfied with the work provided. Thank you Irving and Antonio for completing the work, and making it right. Your professionalism and expertise is very much appreciated! And to Oscar, thank you for all your help from day one and up until the work was completed.

My home warranty company sent Texas Quality Plumbing to check my water softener, and I paid a $100 service fee. The technician didn’t make it to the first scheduled appointment — understandable, things happen — but when she finally came another day, the diagnosis was careless at best. The main issue was that the power to the water softener goes on and off whenever the power cable is unplugged and plugged back in. The technician didn’t properly test anything. She spent more than 10 minutes on the phone with her office, barely examined the unit, and didn’t use any tools to check the power line or the system. I even have a 21-minute video showing she did almost nothing. After countless follow-up calls, TQP finally submitted a report — with one single photo and no meaningful details. My home warranty denied the claim, saying it was a “pre-existing condition.” That’s unacceptable. A professional technician should perform a real diagnosis, not just take a picture and leave. Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had. Even calling TQP afterward was frustrating — every call felt like it was being handled by an automated system, not a real person. Based on my experience, I seriously doubt the authenticity of many of the glowing Google reviews for this company. Be professional, TQP. Do the job right and respect the customers who pay you.

I had a good experience previously so this review is only for this event. I made an appointment with TQP to get a new garbage disposal. They came out and realized it was hardwired and needed to order a new one. Fine. I made an appointment for the following Monday between 1-5 pm. I received a text at 2:30 pm saying the tech is on his way. At about 4:30 pm I tried calling to find out where the tech was. The mailbox to leave a message was full. Their AI support system was no help. At 4:50 pm I get a text saying another tech was on the way but an hour out. No call at all to discuss. I cancelled the service. I had paid for a membership that allowed me priority scheduling and better costs. The AI system called to follow-up but no live person. Went with another company at a $200 savings. Disappointed with the service and lack of follow-up.

We had an issue that unfortunately required multiple trips due to it originally being initiated by our home warranty company. Our hot water kept going in and out, but it was very temperamental. We first had Oscar who was very kind and patient with me, my dog, and toddler. He sat in my house for awhile before validating the issue. He then was able to send another ticket where two other technicians came on a separate day. Herminio came with another fellow and they worked through a number of troubleshooting before finally confirming we had a bent vent. Next I had Herminio and Vini who came to do a maintenance flush. They worked quickly and thoroughly, regularly asking me if I had questions or concerns. While the technicians were great the scheduling and “admin staff” were a disaster. I had to reschedule multiple times due to extenuating circumstances and I kept getting Rusty the AI bot. Each time I called Rusty it said it would contact a dispatcher but I never heard from one. I only received text communication for when the technicians were on their way and then I could respond to that. However, someone, or some bot, confirmed they had rescheduled my appointment via text but the technicians showed up anyways. Every time I would call the 713 # I would get Rusty and even if you pressed the option to speak with a manager it would just send you to voicemail. Which was full so you couldn’t leave a message. Also one of the technicians sold me on a yearly membership which was helpful, however, the information on the membership is only provided in a physical pamphlet. When I spoke to rose the office manager (finally a human! Except for Brenda, who was equally as unhelpful as the bot) she said they had no digital copies of the pamphlet. So you’re reliant on a tech having copies available which the one who sold it to me didn’t. Wild to not have a digital copy that can be emailed in 2025. Overall, the scheduling was very frustrating due to the AI bot and what seems to be a lack of communication amongst staff, human and robot. The techs seem to know what they’re doing and finally fixed the problem.
