This happened shortly after Hurricane Beryl, and I'm certain he had more pressing matters and larger business concerns to attend to. However, that didn't matter – I received excellent treatment. Garnett also kindly addressed a few inquiries I had and helped troubleshoot a minor issue, all while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. When I need more than routine maintenance, Shortt is definitely my choice!

Just a few days after my generator was installed, Hurricane Beryl approached and swiftly took out our power at 6:30 AM. I contacted Garnett to let him know and he insisted on coming out to get it running DURING the hurricane. A tree blocked the access to our street so he left his truck and covered the remaining half mile on foot! He got it up and running and this allowed our WIFI (bad cell service area) to operate and I could communicate and get information about the storm. This is one of the wildest examples of exemplary customer service I have ever seen and I'm thankful for the pride he takes in his business. For the record, I insisted that he wait until after the storm was over and he insisted that he come out.
