  I really never write reviews, but Safe Haven Power deserves one. From start to finish, every single detail was addressed with precision. When Centerpoint came out to inspect and sign off, he was really impressed with the workmanship. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Great family owned business that stands behind their work. 10 stars!

  Excellent customer service, communication and attention to detail. We had several challenges with city inspections/permits that delayed, and they handled these challenges in a such a professional way that prevented us, the homeowners, from having to deal with any frustrations. I highly recommend them!

  I highly recommend Safe Haven Power if you are looking for a whole home generator. I live in a townhome community with limited space. I had one larger generator company come take a look and they claimed they wouldn’t be able to do it (likely because it wasn’t an easy installation). I spoke with Shane and he came to look at our set up. He recognized the challenge and came up with a creative solution that ended up working perfectly. Keep in mind that there are many steps to getting a whole home generator installed and you are also at the mercy of CenterPoint at certain points in the process. Safe Haven does everything by the book and makes sure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. They kept me updated during each step and answered every question I had throughout the process. The subcontractors that the Safe Haven team uses all do good work and Michael was there to make sure they showed up and that the work was done correctly. If something wasn't right, Michael made sure it got resolved until we were satisfied with the end result. I am thankful that they took on the challenge and that I now have peace of mind.

  What a relief and peace of mind I have since my all house Generac generator has been installed and ready to go thanks to Safe Haven Power. The process was easy. The owners Shane, Michael and Terry were professional and easy to work with. Now when I see my neighbors online asking if anyone else is without power like they are, I am happy to know I will not have to reply yes even if my section of the neighborhood goes dark. I lived almost a week without power and heat during our recent cold snowy winter and do not want to do that again. With hurricanes, floods, winter storms and rolling black outs that happen too often for my comfort level, I am so happy I called Safe Haven Power to install my all home generator.
