  After receiving numerous delays by another generator company, Shane Bright was recommended by a neighbor for generator installation. So glad we went with Shane and Safe Haven Power! He offered an even better location than the previous company. Michael Bright came on board and walked us through every detail and was “hands on” during the entire process. We are extremely happy with this family-run business that has treated us like family. Thank you for providing us with the peace of mind in knowing when the power goes out, we will be comfortable and secure.

  The quality of product and service from Safe Haven power is unmatched. When we put in a generac inquiry for our home, Safe Haven Power was the first to contact me and set up a free in home consultation. Shane was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and all components of the process. He assessed our home and determined what we would need as well as the various options for install. He put together a package with options and prices that day for us to review. Michael and Terry were also fantastic and coordinated everything that was needed. Safe Haven coordinates and oversees every aspect of the process from getting the right generator for your home to the electrical and plumbing install components and all required city inspections. I didn’t realize how much can go into each phase of install and I was so grateful we worked with a company that was as on top of things as they are. They made the entire process very easy for us and kept us updated the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough. You can tell that their business, quality of service and relationships with their clients is very important to them. They also helped my parents get plugged in with a company in Dallas to help them with a generator in their home as well. Safe Haven is a wonderful family and we are blessed to have worked with them. They run an amazing business and they are genuinely kind people with big hearts as well. We cannot recommend them enough!

  Work commence within a couple of weeks of signing the contract. We have an extremely small lot, very crowded underground with lots of unmarked water/power/cable lines! Work was finished within 2 or 3 weeks. Everything runs perfectly. The most amazing thing was the after work follow up. Turns out a subcontractor damaged an underground cable running to a neighbor. Both Mike and the sub were out every day while the repair work was done by the neighbor's contractor (work was on or near my property) and took full responsibility. So when they say they take care of everything, they take care of everything! I highly recommend them!

  Customer service: 1st class / Communication with customers: 1st class. Their “connections” to right folks to get this massive project accomplished: also 1st class. Peace of mind having a generator: priceless. This family owned business is all around: 1st class.
