This was not our first hurricane claim, and unfortunately our previous experience with another company left us feeling taken advantage of. So we were cautious going into this process. From the start, Luis and his team were transparent, communicative, and professional. They documented moisture levels, coordinated properly with our adjuster, and clearly explained the mitigation, remediation, and pack-out process. Not to mention, our house never smelled cleaner than after they were done with their work! Insurance claims are complex and stressful. What stood out most was their willingness to have open conversations when questions came up and their flexibility in working toward a fair resolution. That level of professionalism and integrity goes a long way during disaster recovery. If you’re dealing with water damage or mold remediation, especially after a storm, we would confidently recommend them.
