    The one star is for the technician who came out because he was very polite. However, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone after they quoted me for a whole house dehumidifier and installation (1898 sq ft house) at over $9000. I've gotten custom estimates from other companies in the area and the next highest was just under $5000 with most ranging between $3500-4600. And that was with the same dehumidifier unit, warranty and everything. The fact that this company is charging over $4000 higher is borderline criminal. I ended up having a different company come out the next day for a more accurate quote on their estimate and while it was $4800 they offered an easy fix to our humidity issue to save us from even needing a dehumidifier installation and saved us thousands! I've had one hour out years before for ac cooling issues at which time they told me I needed a bigger cabinet in the attic and air flow adjustments. The company that came out and fixed our issue didn't agree. I can say one hour has professional and polite staff but you absolutely can and should look elsewhere for dehumidifier issues.

    Very pleased with the services provided by Jacorey Bailey from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. The condensation overspill from the internal pan to the attic plywood floor and overwhelm the blower section insulation. Jacorey has diagnosed, removed the condensation, unclogged the drain pipe connecting to the internal pan. He even returned the next day to ensure no water leaking and checked the system operation, explain to us certain setting to follow, before leaving. One thing he forgot to do is to leave his phone number. I woul like to keep Jacorey Bailey as my point contact at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, a good HVAC service company.

    Not really sure how all these reviews are so good, unless all these people are billionaires. My uncle walked in my home today, flustered and confused, trying to transfer $38,000, YES $38,000 NOT $3,800, to an account because he said he had already paid ac and heating people and had to make sure it was in the right account. I kept asking if he meant $3800 or $38,000 and he assured me he meant $38,000 and I found the carbon copy of the check and confirmed. I asked him what on earth could cost more than a made model Lexus that had to do with his ac and heating, and he said a new AC unit. ABSOLUTELY not. We had his ac unit replaced a few years back, and even before inflation, ran him $12,000 for the new unit and labor/installation. NOT ONLY THAT but he then told me “I have to make sure it’s there because they’ll be there at 9 am to start the work” I’m sorry, what?! You paid them and they hadn’t even done the job? And he said they had asked him to. My great uncle is 80 and has a traumatic brain injury. While he is able to care for himself and live by himself, he gets confused very easily when lots of information is presented, and he does have quite a bit of money due to his accident. It’s more than obvious these workers took full advantage of a disable elderly man. We are canceling the check and i am also looking into charging them with Elder Financial Exploitation

    Joshua Francís, service technician, performed a diagnostic test of my HVAC on Thursday, 02/26/2026. He was very thorough in his evaluation of current components. Upon completion, Joshua and I sat down to discuss the tonnage mismatch of the three major components and how inefficient the system operates as a result. I then agreed to him determining the ‘heat load’, thus more accurately determining needed AC cooling capacity. He then laid out costs of single stage, two stage and variable speed packages along with miscellaneous items to come up with complete pricing for each scenario as well as warranty information and additional package inclusions to help round out the decision making process. Finally, payment options were determined using a soft credit hit and maintenance plan, touting their benefits. Once he got home, he transferred key elements of his findings into specific items needed for each of the three options for greater clarity and accuracy. A lot to digest, but quotation is good for 30 days, so I’ll be scrutinizing further and likely asking additional questions before making a final decision. Kudos to both Mr. Francís and his employer for seeing him for the gem that he is. Joshua’s enthusiasm for his job really shines through as his acumen is top notch!

    Alfredo was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely professional, polite, and thorough, and took the time to clearly explain both the work he was performing and what he was seeing with our system along the way. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and trustworthy he was. He carefully evaluated our Carrier units, demonstrated a strong understanding of their make and features, and walked us through his findings in a way that was informative without ever feeling overwhelming or sales-driven. At no point did we feel pressured into additional services — instead, he focused on education, transparency, and helping us make informed decisions. He also gave thoughtful guidance on maintenance, cleaning schedules, and how to best care for our units moving forward, which gave us real peace of mind. Alfredo helped us better understand their current condition and how to keep them running efficiently long-term. We’ve owned multiple homes and worked with many HVAC technicians over the years, and Alfredo is easily one of the best we’ve encountered. His professionalism, expertise, and attentiveness made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. He is one of the rare finds in seeing someone truly enjoy their craft and HVAC job :) Highly recommend!
