Zane left to get the new thermostat and came back within 30 minutes. He replaced the thermostat, checked to Make sure all was well. He is a professional, conscious person We are so happy with Northwind and Zane is excellent

Walked me through the process with diagrams and explanations. She was always asking if I had any questions or concerns. She answered ALL of my questions. I could have talked with her all day! Such a friendly and down-to-earth tech! She even came to the installation!!! Juan and Hector and crew were quick, hardworking, and diligent. Nicely done guys. So far, our new system is working well, and we are grateful to Northwind! Great job all around!
