Bridget came out for the initial assessment and she was by far the most knowledgeable of any of the 5 companies I recieved quotes from. She also took the time to call Lennox to see if my coil was under warranty because it was the issue and should have been under warranty but it was never registered when installed by the previous installation company. That was the first thing she did before even speaking about a new install, which speaks a lot to her character. It's been a few months and the new system is working very well, I've had a few very minor issues and they were put the next day to resolve them. I'm going to add this for anyone reading the reviews because this was somewhat of an expensive mistake and maybe it can help other customers in the future. My energy usage more than doubled after installation and I did not catch it for a few months until my energy bill was too high to disregard because the humidity setting was turned down too low, if I'm not mistaken, so the system was working too hard. Northwind does a follow up visit a month after installation where I'm sure the issue would have been caught because the technician noticed something was off pretty much immediately when he came in but I had to reschedule the follow up due to illness and it took me awhile to reschedule the appointment. Bridgette, Jose, Hector and Gary ( as well as everyone else, hopefully I'm remembering all the names correctly) were all extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them for any future work I need done.

Northwind was flexible in accommodating my schedule and Greg was professional, thorough, efficient, and polite. Greg found an issue under warranty and came back the following week to replace the defective piece, again professionally and efficiently.
- PBPaula BeightOct 22, 20255.0Northwind literally saved our home. We had to replace all of our air ducks in our 50 yr old home. Including adding additional larger ducks to fit a new HVAC that was sold to us by another company. ABICUS lied to us and sold us the HVAC and told us that we didn't need to replace the ducts. Within 6 months the new system blew out the ducts and we had water dripping everywhere on both floors of the house. Abicus would not take responsibility so we called Northwind. This ended up being a custom job. Everyone we worked with were phenomenal. It was almost a two week job. From the manager to the installers, they all were professional, took pride in their work, and treated us like family. We highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs.
