They have specialists for everything—electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets—and the craftsmanship was top-notch. We would hire them again without hesitation!

  We hired Mendiola Remoldeling for our 2 upstairs bathrooms remodel and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish! Their team was professional, highly skilled, and incredibly attentive to detail, transforming our outdated bathrooms into modern, functional spaces we love. Communication was excellent; Miguel Mendiola (owner) completely redesigned the spaces to fit our families needs, kept us updated, addressed concerns promptly, and the project stayed on schedule and budget. The quality of materials and workmanship is top-notch, and we highly recommend them for any home renovation project! We can not wait for Miguel and his crew to get started on our master bath/closet and kitchen remodel.

  I used Mandiola Remodeling at the recommendation of my neighbor who had used them for their recent house remodel. He was especially impressed with Jose the painter. Since much of my work was painting I called Miguel. I had a quick response and was provided a quote and starting day for the work, The job was started and finished on time and the workmanship and cleanup was excellent. All of the workers were extremely polite and hard working. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Call them you won't be disappointed.

  After considering three contractors, we chose Mendiola Construction Company because Miguel responded promptly and offered thoughtful suggestions. He recommended remodeling both our kitchen and Master bathroom for cost efficiency, providing clear plans and practical design ideas. The team customer-built cabinets,repainted areas,updated lighting,reconfigured appliances,and made significant improvements to both spaces. Our outdated bathroom was transformed with a larger shower,standalone tub,new vanities,and fresh flooring. All workers were professional,punctual,and paid attention to detail. We are extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Mendiola Construction Company for any remodeling project.
