  I used Mandiola Remodeling at the recommendation of my neighbor who had used them for their recent house remodel. He was especially impressed with Jose the painter. Since much of my work was painting I called Miguel. I had a quick response and was provided a quote and starting day for the work, The job was started and finished on time and the workmanship and cleanup was excellent. All of the workers were extremely polite and hard working. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Call them you won't be disappointed.

  After considering three contractors, we chose Mendiola Construction Company because Miguel responded promptly and offered thoughtful suggestions. He recommended remodeling both our kitchen and Master bathroom for cost efficiency, providing clear plans and practical design ideas. The team customer-built cabinets,repainted areas,updated lighting,reconfigured appliances,and made significant improvements to both spaces. Our outdated bathroom was transformed with a larger shower,standalone tub,new vanities,and fresh flooring. All workers were professional,punctual,and paid attention to detail. We are extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Mendiola Construction Company for any remodeling project.

  I contracted Mendiola Remodeling to renovate my master bathroom shower. Miguel’s workers were excellent, in particular Raul. A couple of lessons learnt, have a detailed design ready for Miguel to implement. Discuss in detail who buys every single material. Have that material ready and let Miguel and his team do their work in the specified timeline in order to have a quality result, just like I did. Just remember, Miguel manages the project remotely and communicates directly with his guys so to have the most success, specify your design and material early and make smaller changes down the line. All in all, very happy with the end result and the quality of my renovation.
