  We recently planned an outdoor kitchen and decided on an aluminum patio cover. After extensive research, we chose Kool Covers, a certified 4K aluminum cover installer in the Houston area. From start to finish, our experience with their team—Briana and Edie in the office, Jeremiah the manager, and the crew (Tony, Osiel, and Edward)—was exceptional. Professionalism and Communication: Everyone we interacted with was professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Communication with Briana and Jeremiah was always prompt. Jeremiah walked us through the design and demo, answered all our questions, and coordinated smoothly with the other company handling our patio and outdoor kitchen. The crew followed the plan precisely with the blueprint, worked efficiently, and kept the site clean every day. Jeremiah visited on the first day, monitored progress throughout, and performed the final inspection to ensure our satisfaction. Quality of Work: Quality was their top priority. The installation was done carefully and exactly as explained—never rushed. The crew took precautions to avoid underground lines and even marked cables and electrical routes for future work. Fairness and Transparency: Pricing was fair and clearly explained. Jeremiah was upfront about all options and kept every promise made, both in writing and verbally. Responsiveness: Jeremiah was always reachable by phone or text, and Briana responded promptly to calls, texts, and emails—always the same day. She also went above and beyond to handle our HOA application, which required coordination between multiple parties. Customer Service: The team truly cared about our preferences. They asked for input whenever needed, made thoughtful suggestions, and focused on achieving the best possible result. Their goal was not just to finish the job—but to make us completely happy with the outcome. Materials and Value: We chose the 4K aluminum cover for its strength, durable finish, and 20-year warranty. While cheaper options exist, the 4K system offers superior quality and insulation, providing great protection from heat and weather. Considering the solid deep foundation with rebar and concrete, structural work, electrical wiring, and lighting, we found the overall cost very reasonable. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that delivers such professionalism, honesty, care, and quality. Kool Covers, led by Jeremiah and his team, turned our vision into reality.   Working with Jeremiah from start to finish was a pleasure. He came out and listened to our needs. He drew diagrams of what he planned to do and sent them along with our estimate. He stayed in contact with us constantly to let us know when we should expect his construction team. His team was very professional and considerate of our property. Anything they had to move for construction they put back when done. The dirt dug for the carport supports was taken to a spot we designated in our yard. The carport itself is nice and sturdy and does not leak (tested by tropical storm Beta). I would not hesitate using this company in the future for other projects.

  Jeremiah and his crew did an outstanding job on my patio cover. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Jeremiah matched the color to the existing work perfectly and blended it in together without a hitch. Pricing and timing were excellent. I couldn’t have had a more positive experience!
