  This place is horrible, bad customer service and not accountable for the mistakes and tardiness they create. The ladies especially at the front want to act extremely rude and disrespectful towards people for no reason. Very snobby, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Not only that, they take advantage of ppl based the vehicle you arrive in, which is why they have cameras at reception to see who arrives and in what vehicle. They overpriced people who got the same type of simple door but because they see that its your first time they over charge. I highly do not recommend this place! I would give it negative stars if at all possible!

  Por favor escuchen y no hagan negocios con este lugar pues no es mi primera vez comprando puertas para mi casa por sus precios y el problema es que hasta ahora no había ordenados trabajos con más calidad y pues terminé haciendo una orden de 14 dólares en puertas y en especias la de la entrada de mi casa que por supuesto ordené con medidas especias y la señorita del frente me ofreció pintar por el “módico precio” de nada más y nada menos de 2000 dólares lo cual estuve de acuerdo pues era una puerta para exteriores la cual necesitaba un acabado especial con una pintura duradera para exteriores y por lo cual les confié el servicio, lo que resultó en desastre pues al pasar 3 meses de instalada la puerta de se descoloró y aparecieron unas manchas blancas como se mira el la foto, por lo que comencé a llamarlos y no me respondían entonces decidí ir hasta el lugar donde me atendió la hija del dueño diciéndome que se lo dejaría saber a su papá y que me llamarían, lo cual nunca pasó y mi esposo decidió llamarlos y al responderle el Señor Jesús( que en mala hora tiene ese nombre el cual no le queda) le dijo que ellos no tenían nada que ver con eso y que no iba a hacer nada y le colgó dejando a mi esposo con la palabra en la boca, lo cual es insultante, frustrante. Espero que mi caso los ayuden y lo tenga que pasar por esta situación con tanto dinero en juego. Gracias

  This company is disrespectful,uncivil,and have no manners at all.I had asked this company to build me a door and paint it having to pay 16,000 dollars 14,000 for the door and 2,000 for the paint.It has now been 4 months and the paint on the door has now faded and has zero gloss or anything when they told us it was a very good paint. I called several times but nobody answered so I decided to go there a woman named Norma attended me who is his daughter and she told me she would let her father know when I didn’t get a call I decided to call again.When I called a man named Jose he blamed his worker Norma to not offer paint service because of this but that is not our fault what so ever,and he said in the phone that he won’t do this for us or anything and then hung up.I have called many times and no answer,so whoever thinks to trust in this company don’t waste your time or money because the company is a fraud.Jose if your reading this you and your company have no right in doing this and not only had this happened once to you but many times you are a disrespectful man and if you keep this act up you will get caught one day and sadly it won’t be me because I won’t spend another cent on trying to end your company but I’m sure someone else will.
