Tarek is knowledgeable, kind, and showed genuine concern for me and my family being in the heat. I am so grateful that he answered a late call that worked with my schedule. It is very hard to be home in the middle of the day. I personally wanna Express when you have children and you have to take off for their doctors appointments if they’re sick, shots whatever the case maybe there’s barely any days left for you to take off for yourself. Should you have an appointment or be sick and then to add on appliances and systems, don’t work to that list you’ve used all your days and then you’re out and then you’re just losing money so I really truly genuinely express how grateful I am that you provide a later service time and that he was able to come out after 5 o’clock.

Angel and Abraham were both very knowledgeable employees and explained everything to me in terms of what is wrong and the best remedy to correct the issues. I had originally called for a drain clean and new water heater installed. It was a big shock to find out I had sewer lines broken under my house! I’m glad they will be able to fix it without having to dig inside my house.
William, the electrician was very professional, personable and speedy with his installation of power shutoff on water heater.
Gilberto and his helper did a fantastic and quick job repiping drain lines from kitchen and washer into new sewer lines. They were both so sweet to me answering all my questions. Excellent workmanship!

I called John Moore plumbing this morning because I am a property manager and we don't have a good Plumber at the moment. I have a property that needs a line to be cleared and so I called John Moore to get service. The man on the phone was very nice and took all my information and at the end he asked me if I was the homeowner. I told him I was the property manager, and that the homeowner had a contract with us to manage all of his properties. He told me that he didn't think that their company policy allowed for them to make appointments with anyone but the homeowner, But told me he would check to make sure with someone. He put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back and told me that they could make the appointment but that there was a TRIP CHARGE of $300 for property managers, which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. I literally laughed out loud and told him that that was absurd and that if they didn't want our business, then I would happily call somebody else. I told the guy on the other end of the phone that he was just doing his job and I understood that it wasn't his fault but that was just completely unreasonable. John Moore services advertises themselves as an honest, Christian company but then pulls some unethical nonsense like this, which really doesn't sit right with me at all. I will never call them again, for business or personal use. I can't understand why they feel like it's reasonable to charge companies exponentially more money simply because they know it will get charged back to their tenants or the landlord. That is not the kind of business that I run, and I am always looking to make decisions in the best interest of my clients. Be forewarned, if you choose to call them. You're not dealing with people who are looking out for your best interest.

John was great, very professional. Prices were a bit high but had no choice. I didn't want to use a fly by night person who would have given me a spectacular price but what about quality. You get what you pay for, I fully believe in that. Cody, Derrick and Dalen did an excellent job. The installation was professional and they cleaned up afterwards. John Moore had 3 Technicians roof, electrical and Hot water heater. I went from a 2 Hot Water heaters to a single Tankless Unit, I've had it 2.5 days and the water temp has stayed constant with no issues, but the real test will be next week when 20 family members will be here taking showers.
