    Our Plumber, Jeff, found the problem under our kitchen sink right away. It needed a part, so he drove to the first store right down the street from us, but they didn't have it. So, he drove to a second store to find it and replaced our broken hose with the new one. He was determined to fix our sink that evening so he went the extra mile for us. This is exceptional dedication to his field of work. He was very kind and his service was excelent to us old folks and the price was reasonable for all that service.

    I’ll be honest- generally John Moore is not my first choice but I was completely impressed with Leonard and his team when they came to give us a diagnostic report on our generator. He walked me thru his findings and didn’t pressure. On price, I was shocked as it was equal to other competitors we had give us their diagnosis. I always thought they’d mark up the price but they were the same as the others. Thank you and your team, Leonard.

    I had a great experience with John Moore. I called about my heater not working, and Cannon came out the same day to diagnose the issue. He was professional, quick, and walked me through several options. The best part was the zero-pressure approach; he gave me space to think it over before deciding. We scheduled the work for the next day, and I’m very pleased with the result. Highly recommend Cannon and the team!

    Excellent customer service. It was easy setting up an appointment and they even offered a free estimate, they gave me upfront pricing even including how much it would cost if their first attempt at fixing my plumbing issue was not successful and they had to be more invasive. I would definitely recommend John Moore for plumbing services and shout out to our technician Daniel H., he was so polite and did not pressure us to commit to their services, he was honest and forthright and we are very pleased with his work.

    Misleading “Free Check” Promise – Asked to Pay Extra for Problems That Didn’t Exist John Moore advertises that they will “come out and check your issue for free.” THIS IS A FALSE STATEMENT. I purchased their summer/winter maintenance plan. During the winter check, the first technician admitted he didn’t know how to test my mini-split systems. He also claimed two zoning dampers weren’t working and said he would need to “call support” — but only if I paid an additional troubleshooting fee, even though there were no issues with the system. He also recommended off-season services that made no sense. When I called to complain, they sent a second technician. He DID start checking the system, but it immediately became clear he did not understand how my zoning works. He did not know that the main control panel manages all three zones — allowing temperature changes, zone shutoff, and zone activation from one place. Instead, he insisted he needed to go to the other thermostats to adjust temperatures. Because he clearly did not know how to operate the system properly, I asked him to leave. I requested a supervisor callback on 11/20 and was told someone would contact me “shortly. It has now been 11 days with NO response. A different HVAC company inspected my system afterward and confirmed EVERYTHING is functioning perfectly. Bottom line: Their “free check” claim is misleading. I was pushed toward extra charges for issues that didn’t exist, and both technicians lacked knowledge of the systems they claimed to service. I cannot recommend John Moore based on this experience.
