After having 4 companies come out to bid we decided to go with Hy-Tech. The deciding factors were: 1. The professionalism of Curtis Miller (the man who came out and took the measurements and gave us the quote). He also took the time to discuss the plan, what needed to be done, and why. 2. Their pricing was very reasonable, not the lowest (my experience in these matters is that the lowest isn't necessarily the best option) but, they were also not the highest. 3. The professionalism of the crew. The crew that came out were very polite and stayed on task the entire time. Unfortunately, it took more time than expected (not uncommon when dealing with projects like this) but they were more than accommodating in working with our schedule. There was an unfortunate incident that happened with the gas line during back filling one of the holes but, they took ownership and contacted us and the gas company immediately to get it fixed quickly. Even though it was very inconvenient for us Hy-Tech did as best they could considering it was a weekend, making it difficult to contact Center Point. 4. They also have the ability to offer 1 year, 0% interest, which can be of help. Overall, we are pleased with the work and have no problem or hesitation giving them referrals.
