  I had the pleasure of working with Justin and I can honestly say he turned what could have been the hardest part of my flooring project into a smooth and supported experience. I never realized how overwhelming it can be to choose the right floor, but Jay was patient, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable every step of the way. I originally fell in love with the Alphine LVP, but there wasn’t enough inventory to complete my project. Justin immediately stepped in, explored every option, and even reached out to partner companies on his day off to help me find something similar. That level of dedication is rare. Hardwood Bargains is proof that true customer service still exists, and Justin is a major asset to the company. When you look at the reviews, it’s clear that customer care is a core value here, and my experience confirms.

  Working with Hardwod Bargains and specifically Nabeel on our hardwood flooring order was honestly a breath of fresh air. From day one, he responded immediately, got samples out right away, and actually followed up without me having to chase him down (which, if you’ve ever managed a remodel, you know is basically a miracle). The ordering process was smooth, shipping was efficient, and the communication stayed excellent the entire time. I truly appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness… we’ll absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend.
